Please DO NOT BUY there. I order sets and unfortunately do to improper sizing on their website, they did not fit.( If you are Ds - even large will be too small for barrettes)
I returned the sets the following day, but did not get refund - they offered the credit, but nothing will fit there for me..... Also, they accused me of wearing the panties, which I did not even tried...
Lastly, I sent several emails to request their customer service number (it is not posted online - business without the number already is concern), they refused to provide saying that they will not help me....

Honestly, really disappointed. For context, I'm a 36D, usually about a size 12, and ordered specifically from the "Size D and up" section. Nothing fits. The bands are extraordinarily tight, and my breast are overflowing from the cups (to an unwearable point). I also ordered a seamless thong in a size Large and it barely fits. It's not news that womens fashion hate larger women, it's just so misleading that they would even have a "D and up" section when they clearly only cater to skinny people.

I bought a corset lingerie set and it is awesome! I followed the size chart and did not size up. It fits perfectly without constricting and without sagging. The rosette details are not cheaply sewn, but look carefully applied. The back hook-and-eye closures are sturdy, smooth, and cleanly executed. The fabric is durable and comfortable. The item took approximately 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. I would definitely buy from Love Loren again!

I absolutely love LoveLoren! Their customer service is great and so is their quality! I have purchased multiple things on multiple different occasions and each time it’s fantastic! Shipping & Delivery is quick and they almost always have a discount code! I’ve read some of the bad reviews and they are not a scam and I’ve received everything I’ve bought! Anytime I’ve contacted them, I’ve gotten nothing but sweetness! If you’re unsure whether to buy, take my advice and just go for it! I hope one day they can go from a small online retailer to a global in-store company! Support small businesses!!

I was unhappy at first with my order so I returned them for a gift card. The bralettes I wanted to use it for were not in stock so I couldn’t initially use it which I was a little upset about, but the customer service team emailed me to work out a solution. So pleased that they cared about making sure their customers where happy.

Their bralettes are SO cute! I wasn’t sure at first but let me tell you - they’re PERFECT! Super comfy & cute, just LOVE! <3 Will deff be back for more :)

Great customer service all around. I sent an email and same day I received an answer, that's really hard to find now a days and even more with the pandemic and slow deliveries. I am very excited to receive my merchandise and to continue to be a loyal customer as I love the Lingerie!

I've ordered from Love Loren a couple of times now, and have been thrilled with both purchases. The products are cute, comfy, and good quality. I really appreciate that they package the orders efficiently (you know how some companies will individually wrap each item, then put every wrapped item into a bigger container and then put that into the shipping package? Love Loren isn't wasteful like that).

My only comment is that it would be helpful to see the products on more realistic body types - not everyone has that perfect round fake look, and not all bras suit everyone.

Defently recommend this shop for cute lingerie!!! SUPER SOFT material, and very reasonably priced. Great sales, shipped very promptly and received the correct order. Some run a bit on the small size so size up if on the border between 2 sizes.

I’ve only shopped with Love Loren twice so far and both times I’ve had great experiences with them. The first time I ordered a dress and it was too big so had to send it back for exchange and it was done almost right away and the replies to my emails were instant which was great! The second time they emailed me to let me know my delivery was delayed and they refunded me the cost of the express shipping and again they replied back right away! Their customer service is amazing and they are so helpful! I will definitely be a return shopper :)

Purchased from Love Loren for The first time and I will definitely be buying again! Got here in 5 business days! The bralettes are sooo gorgeous just like the photos😍 . The lace is soft and beautiful . Sizes run a bit small but I followed the size recommendation on the product page and it turned out to be the exact size.
Also I put in the wrong address and they fixed it the next day.

Honestly, I was a little worried about shopping here for my first time. However, the customer service reached back to me in less than 24 hours via phone call and email, and was very, very kind and helpful! My dress came within a week which was on time for my dance! I bought the sky blue Adalene wrap dress and it is true to size and flexible to dance in! I also got many compliments :)

Also ich habe Ende November bei Loveloren bestellt und erst jetzt, Anfang Februar mein Paket erhalten.

Es ist zwar sehr schade das es so lange gedauert hat, wegen dem Zoll usw. Vorallem da man sich Sorgen macht ob das Paket verloren gegangen ist oder nicht.

Ich muss aber sagen trotz der langen Wartezeit, hat es sich gelohnt dort zu bestellen.

Die Klamotten sind wirklich wunderschön und passen perfekt.

Auch die Verpackung ist total toll.
Pro Kleidungsstück bekommt man einen durchsichtigen, glitzernden Beutel welcher echt schön ist.

Also wenn ihr mal dort bestellen wollt dann macht das! Top Kleidung nur die Wartezeit ist halt ein wenig lang wenn man zum Beispiel aus Deutschland kommt.

Update: They contacted me and shipped a new order with priority shipping. It was a hassle but I appreciate them finally reaching out and its definitely not a scam

Sent me a tracking number but they only ever created the label and never sent it to USPS (it’s been almost a month). Scam vibes. Luckily used PayPal so I was able to file a claim and will hopefully be refunded. Never responded to emails.
