Outstanding Service From Start to Finish
From start to finish the entire experience with loveelectric has been excellent.
The process was simple, straightforward and very well communicated throughout. The team kept me informed at every stage, answered questions quickly and made the whole salary sacrifice and delivery process feel stress-free.
The selection of both new and used vehicles was very good, and the online portal/process was easy to navigate. Everything was transparent and clear from the outset.
Delivery day was smooth, professional and exactly as described, and even the follow-up support afterwards has been impressive.
The Tesla I received is perfect and exactly what I hoped for. Overall, one of the best customer experiences I’ve had.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service. Ordered my car, heard nothing. Called them. Lost my order so wasn’t placed. Placed order. Long delay on car. Tried speaking with them. No response. Eventually changed order to a different car which showed an earlier delivery. 3 days before delivery date status changes to delivered 2 month ago. Call them. Still no news about delivery of my car. No answer. My HR team message them. No answer. We message on the automatic chat. Doesn’t answer the question. Not really sure what to do and reading these reviews either mine is a unique case or the reviews are not genuine. There’s no way it can be this bad for me and no one else.

Brilliant customer service
Amy was fantastic to deal with when looking at different car options and specs - always very quick to respond and extremely patient when I kept changing my mind on things!
Louisa and Oliver then continued that great customer experience once I'd agreed a deal, both very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful in answering any questions.

BMW Ix1 X-drive M sport
Received my love electric vehicle, BMW IX1 xdrive 65kwh. very simple process through placing the order and taking collection around 5 weeks in total from order placed on Easter bank holiday Monday. very happy as car has only done £14k miles and is like new.
lease is through my company's salary sacrifice scheme and should be better off now handing back my old company car. Nice getting the option to choose what car i wish. also changed my home electric supplier so able to charge off peak @ 8p a KWH at home for cheap mileage

Fantastic Service from enquiry to delivery!
I would highly recommend loveelectric.
From the moment I enquired with them about getting a car for my wife, to the moment it was delivered and even in adding our private plate - the communication was great.
The team were always polite and gave clear guidance and yet were always very sympathetic to the forever changing decisions that we made.
The process only two 2 weeks from enquiry and our private plate was on the car in under 3 weeks.
Since having the car, my wife had a puncture and this was dealt with the same speed. She booked in the morning and had a new tyre on by lunchtime - at no cost to us... All included in the monthly fee!

Easy,straightforward registration and good selection of different branded cars in used and new cars. Lots of options to adjust the payment. Very helpful team every step of the way.
