Placed an order for yarn and needles. Got neither until I reached out to open a claim. They canceled my claim stating they did not hear from me. I reached out again and got the cheapest item, the needles but never did get the yarn. I loved this company until it was sold!!!

I had an issue which was dealt with promptly without any problem and I didn't expect it as it was a manufacturing issue. LC delivery is always quick in just a few days. I have used them a few times now and will continue too.

I recently placed an order with LoveCrafts and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.

There were two issues with my order:

First, one of the yarns (Barry shade) had a knot in the middle of the skein, which affects the quality and continuity of knitting.

Second, I received a completely different shade than what I had originally ordered, which is very frustrating when you are working on a planned project.

I contacted customer service regarding both issues, but the response has been slow and not very helpful so far. As a customer, I expect better quality control and more responsive support.

Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I hope they improve both their product quality and customer service.

Helped me to decipher the pattern instructions in clear English in a very timely way. So grateful as are my granchildren who will benefit!

I reached out to them when I had problems accessing my account. Their response was concerned and courteous. My issues were all resolved.

Auch mit der Qualität der Wolle bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Die Farben entsprechen genau den Bildern im Shop und das Garn fühlt sich fantastisch an. Man merkt einfach, dass hier viel Wert auf hochwertige Produkte gelegt wird. Ich werde hier definitiv wieder bestellen!

Zusätzliche Zollgebühren fielen, zumindest bei mir, keine an, alles war unkompliziert.

I got in touch with the team due to an issue I found with some yarn I had purchased from them. Their response was quick and they kept me updated on the progress of my issue.
They offered a refund or a replacement ball of wool.

I have ordered from LoveCrafts on a few occasions and always had a really satisfactory experience.

The range on offer is varied, items are available at competitive prices. There may be other online retailers who list everything under the sun at cheaper prices, but when it comes to ordering, you find that it's out of stock or you need to 'ask them to let you know when stuff becomes available again'.... which may be.... never...

The website is well designed, the yarn information really useful, includes links to patterns associated with the yarn you are thinking of buying - I am a knitter, so haven't ordered from their other ranges which include cross-stitch and embroidery, sewing and quilting and there is also another section called 'other crafts' which I have so far avoided as I do not want to fall into another hobby rabbit hole 😁 , let's see how long that will last! Should I decide to take up any of these crafts (macramé sounds tempting!) I would not hesitate to purchase from LoveCrafts.

I have found LoveCrafts customer service to be very responsive, prompt and providing answers to your questions! Which may seem like a weird statement to make, but in this day and age, between algorythmic robots and twitter-brains that can't read more than 50 characters before general meltdown, receiving a meaningful and to the point answer to a simple query feels like a privilege!

I also had to ask for help with a problem recently and the issue (which was an IT issue) was explained to me and it was resolved by the next morning.

I highly recommend LoveCrafts and hope they'll maintain these standards as long as possible!

A vast choice of yarns at great prices.

I recently had a problem with variegated colours on a faulty batch of yarn and the Lovecrafts team quickly arranged a replacement for me. It's always nice to be able to chat on the phone as well as messaging online - I found them very helpful and friendly. Well done Lovecrafts!

Es ist im Moment sehr schwierig, ich habe jetzt dreimal versucht, Wolle zu bekommen. Dreimal wurde sie vom Zoll zurückgeschickt. Ich weiß nicht warum dies geschieht. Ist die Deklaration nicht richtig? Ist ein Betrag zu hoch, Zollgebühren, die ich übernehmen soll, von denen ich aber noch nichts weiß. Eventuell muss dies auf der Deklaration vermerkt werden. Ich weiß es einfach nicht. Es wird versucht, sich im Kundenservice darum zu kümmern. Fakt ist, ich habe meine Wolle nicht, und ich habe ein unfertiges Wollprojekt, für das ich die Wolle dringend benötige. Ich hoffe es klappt noch. Eventuell müsste es ein anderer Versender als Royal Mail sein. Vielleicht mit UPS.

I have found Love Crafts to be an efficient company. After an initial problem with my order of yarn, they sorted out the problem much to my satisfaction. In fact they went above and beyond. Many thanks to Anastasia who dealt with the problem within a few days. Five stars all round.

My query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and the service I received. I would highly recommend Lovecrafts.

Very much delayed shipping. I called on Friday when I placed my order asking if it could be shipped as soon as possible. Was told a call would be placed to the warehouse or the shipping department, I don't recall which, to try to accommodate. A was notified that a shipping label was created on Sunday. When by Tuesday afternoon USPS tracking showed USPS was still waiting to received the package, Lovecrafts insisted my package was shipped and USPS just had not updated its tracking information. Even after asking that it be shipped as quickly as possible the package was not actually delivered to the post office until late Wednesday morning. Had I ordered from the company I usually buy from I would already have my yarn. Inexcusably slow shipping and unacceptable false information.

I purchased many products. Great and very reliable company.
