I was placing an order for yarn to knit a specific project. I needed 12 skeins of the main color.
I didn't notice that the system self-corrected to the number of skeins in stock, which was 4. The order was placed with 4 MC skeins. Obviously I need 12 skeins of the same dye lot, so I wanted to cancel the 4 skeins, but not the other colors in the order. I messaged, but it was after hours. First thing the next morning, I received a message that the order was intercepted before shipping, the 4 skeins removed, and a refund would be processed. The other colors shipped out. I'm very impressed with the speed with which it was handled!

I am always raving about Webs to all my yarn groups. (one of them is a charitable group and the other is purely for my own pleasure.) My son lived in Northampton for many years and that is how I came to be a very big fan. he used to think I visited for him but many times it was to satisfy my yarn addiction! I was concerned when it was sold but have since learned nothing has changed, same great selection, prices and great customer service. Thank you for being you!!

I was looking for an "out of stock" ball of year. While they did not have it, they encouraged me to check back in a couple of weeks. Such an amazing yarn store. A candy shop for knitters. I travel 2 hours to visit the store but they are wonderful online.

I have placed several orders with the Webs site and have always had a positive experience. I continue to use the site as a reference because the pictures on their site are typically true to the actual color. I appreciate that.

I treated myself to some addi needles to knit myself a Norwegian resistance hat. Received the needles and the yarn; followed the pattern instructions and my hat is big enough for Paul Bunyan.
Contact WEBS yarns.com and asked for help to figure out what I did wrong. Worked with a Kate S. who understood my dilemma and said she would get with her fellow team members to figure this out.
The next day I had a response from Kate and my problem was wrong sized needles and Kate et al recommended the right size. In full disclosure, I did not ask yarns.com prior to purchasing what the proper needle size should be.
In the times we are currently in where people say they will do something and then do not follow through, I truly appreciate the help and advice I received from WEBS yarns.com.
P.S. The yarns I bought from them are beautiful!

Once a year or so we make the long drive to the webs store. However - our last trip in January was extremely disappointing. The warehouse deals area had significantly less product - I'd estimate 20% of what they normally had. The great variety of yarns in the regular was decimated - again empty shelves, very little malabrigo, no high end yarns and just overall sad. I'll pass. They never were a local yarn store (too big ) but now they are on pat with Michaels

Webs has the best selection of yarns. More than that, their customer service is so very helpful & friendly!!

Julie was very helpful in answering the question that I had regarding a knit top that I was hoping to obtain a crochet pattern for. I appreciated the link provided so that I could browse the crocheted tops to find an alternative.

Webs and I have gone back many years of wonderful service and a growing list of natural fibers. I also purchased 2 spinning wheels, 2 floor looms and knitting tools for the quality. When I experienced a recent shipping disaster the support team at Webs did all to resolve the issue. There’s a reason to put trust in a company that actually acts on your concerns. I will always pick Webs first for their selection of natural yarns !

I needed availability and delivery details and received a helpful response at once. This helped me place my order, and at a very good price

As others have commented, I have MARIA to thank for outstanding customer service. My package was lost/destroyed in the US postal service as displayed on the tracking, and she was wonderful in getting it replaced promptly, AND following up to ensure I had what I needed. Overall, the WEBS site is very good, the selection is good, prices are good. I really appreciate this resource. Thank you!

Ordered a circular knitting needle that arrived quickly. However, it broke the first time I used it. Just counted it as lost, but then got a review request. When I posted about the broken needle, I got an immediate response. I supplied a picture and got a refund within 24 hours. Very good customer service.

I ordered two skeins of yarn, a small order, and submitted a question about tracking. Though the response was delayed, the earnest and genuine message more than made up for any minor inconvenience. This is a team that clearly wants to do everything possible to get it right. In this age of AI generated responses, it’s wonderful to have real, competent, and caring individuals serving customers. Bravo!

I accidently ordered the wrong type of knitting needle and asked to cancel my order within minutes of placing that order. WEBS customer service staff handled my request very quickly and continued to oversee my request until the PayPal refund was in my bank account.

Will definitely be a WEBS customer for life after this excellent customer service.

Great customer service is hard to find nowadays. But I found it...it's at WEBS. I made a silly mistake when ordering, contacted them immediately and asked if they fix it. They couldn't fix it the way I asked for, but told me how they could do it and I got what I wanted . And response time was very fast.

I have purchased my yarn and patterns from Webs for many years. Whenever I have a question one of the team members answers it quickly, and I'm back to my favorite past time, knitting.

I've been trying to get a hold of customer service since Friday with no response or call back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I'm a first time customer & placed an order on Wednesday 1/28. I paid $26.99 for 2 day shipping, expecting my order to arrive on Friday, 1/30. However, my order is not going to arrive until Monday, 2/2. Why did I pay $26.99 for 2 day shipping if my order wasn't going to arrive until 5 days later???? Again, I've sent multiple emails & left voice mails with NO RESPONSE. I do not recommend spending your money at WEBS/yarn.com.
