Unbelievable security leak in their platform
Unbelievable security leak in their website, as user name was forgotten, tried to forgot password link but it enabled to enter new password details without verification via email. Stay away!!

I've only just recognised that…
I've only just recognised that LoveAdmin has been taking £95 from my bank account since Jan 21! For something I've not signed up for and I don't recognise the reference at all????
I've tried to call them, to ask for the immediate refund, they say they're going to look into it and call me back, this was last Monday! I've tried speaking to the 'head of customer success' but every time I call back she/he is always in a meeting?
I've contacted my bank & am going through the chargeback process... what on earth...

My name is Janet Gulroch
My name is Janet Gulroch, I'm the technical director here. One of our administrators here at N********** FC received a call from a former employee of loveadmin on Monday. I couldn't believe what happened next. Our administrator was sent a demonstration of a way of accessing all of our members data and how anyone can do it, even being completely external to loveadmin. We've had to completely cease using the system, and have requested that all of our members data be removed and deleted. We've also had to contact each member asking them to change their passwords on other applications they may use, as we are worried about their security.
I had my doubts when going through the onboarding stage, as the 'software' is just completely dated, to be honest we went with loveadmin because they were cheap, but this is just insanity. I'm waiting for an answer from loveadmin as to why our members data, and other club members data is freely accessible. I'm taking legal action, as this is a clear breach of members personal information.
It's been 2 full days, and no update whatsoever. Absolutely useless waste of a company, prior to this problem, the amount of time my administrators have to spend on the phone working around fixes and resolving problems with their software is costing us more money and time than before we started using them. Oh how we regret going with this sellotaped together company.

We’ve had no such concerns raised to us and cannot find your contact details in our system. We cannot assist where there is only an anonymous review left and would welcome any genuine contact.
LoveAdmin is committed to protecting our end-users and clients' privacy and data. We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements and have not experienced or had reported to us, any examples as referred to in the above comment.
Our platform offers multiple robust processes and extensive encryption, network and security methods, allowing our clients to manage their GDPR requirements to match their business needs easily.
These processes include but are not limited, to ensuring all processing of personal data is carried out on a lawful basis, safeguarding personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

As a previous employee, avoid this company like the plague.
Management. I've seen and heard employees been made to cry after being shouted at. The office is dire, horrible partition walls, it's a glorified call centre done on the cheap.
Absolutely vile management are still working there, I won't name drop. I've seen things you wouldn't believe working here. I'd also be worried about the safety of your club members data when using LoveAdmin. There are clear vulnerabilities, it's a GDPR disaster waiting to happen.
Simply, do yourselves a favour and avoid this company like the plague itself. If you care about the safety of your members data, don't even contemplate LoveAdmin.

We also cannot identify the office that is referred to as our office does not have partition walls and our staff rate working here very highly. Regarding the references to member data, we take data very seriously and follow GDPR protocols for our clients and members.

I've now realised that LoveAdmin has taken for every month £40 from my bank account (since Sep 2021), for something I never signed up for.
I've now called them, to ask for the immediate refund, but they are closed on the weekend.
Very scary !

LoveAdmin provides software services to organisations such as Sports Clubs, Class and Course providers and Membership Organisations.
Organisations use our service to raise invoices and collect payments from their members/customers, which would have been the case here.
The 'LoveAdmin' reference appears on your bank statement because the organisation is using the LoveAdmin software to manage their Direct Debit payments.
We believe we have traced your Direct Debit payments. Please contact us on 0330 818 8536 or help@loveadmin.com as soon as possible and we can share details of which organisation has been collecting money from you so you can contact them directly.
Our business hours are Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:30.

My online zoom meeting went really…
My online zoom meeting went really well. Michael was very clam, clear and knowledgeable about LoveAdmin's software.
He was very good at listening at any enquiries I had and really tried to get me to understand everything that i need to know. plus he reassured me that my admin work would be cut by 80% which is like music to my ears haha.
I would of given more star but I haven't gone through the process yet but when I do I will re review.

Great support from team Loveadmin
I have found the experience setting up our system fairly easy. There has been a few times that I have had to contact the team to help. Lauren helped me so much and answered my emails straight away. She guided me through the areas I was having problems with and I am please to say I am all set up and ready to go. I know if there are any future hic-ups (which I am sure there will be) the support team will be there to help.

The worst system I have used for booking
Without a doubt the worst system I have used for booking.
If you want to book a week of holiday club sessions you have to:
1) select each HALF day from an unordered list of ALL available days
2) fill in a form for EACH half day one-at-a-time (because neither the 'copy from previous' or 'stored info' links work)
This system has stolen over an hour of my life and has made me warn every person I know about using it - to the point I'm now getting people come back to me telling me how much they hate it.
I am not a client, but I *think* it might be a case of this the parent (client)s seeing a lovely mobile for the baby, but the baby (user)'s view being of a set of rotating a***holes.
Full disclosure: I am a web software engineer - but I DON'T work on anything that competes with this.

Pre-authorisation issue resolved
We had an issue with a customers payments bouncing continuously.
We were unable to cancel the pre authorisation and the customer was not being forthcoming in paying as the amount was not showing in their outstanding balances.
LoveAdmin Support as contacted and resolved the issue within a week. All outstanding balances were returned to the customer account and the balance was settled within 3 days.
Great support and another win on the collection of outstanding balances.
