Disappointing Upgrade to V2
We have been using LoveAdmin for a few years and were promised the upgrade over a year ago. When I asked the onboarding team for this migration to be completed in August in preparation for the new football season its slipped into September. It has proved very difficult to set up all our new accounts and it feels like we've received very little support.

LoveAdmin has been a game-changer for our sports club. The software is user-friendly, efficient, and has significantly improved our time management and financial controls. The email options, including scheduling emails in advance, have been particularly useful in staying in touch with our members. Our members have also found it easy to manage their data and make payments to us through LoveAdmin. Overall, we are very happy with the service and highly recommend LoveAdmin to other sports clubs and organizations.

Not good
Not good; the most clunky and time consuming payment portal I have had the misfortune to use. Far easier to get the bank details of the suppier and pay direct (which I have done for 2x organisations when encountering this portal). Appreciate what they are trying do, but far too many layers and passwords. You need to simplify your business model. Good luck.

To access your account, you should only need one username and password. Once you sign in, you will be able to view your outstanding invoices and easily submit your payment by selecting the "Pay now" option. If you have set up a recurring Direct Debit, payments will be automatically collected each time they are issued by the organisation, requiring no further action on your part.
We highly encourage our users to reach out to our accessible and friendly support desk for any assistance they may need. Helpful onboarding process
Leo made the whole onboarding process simple and easy to understand and they were able to answer my questions as I went along. I particularly liked how it was done over 2 sessions (so as not to bombard me with information) and how the follow-up email contained a link to the recording as a point of reference. Thank you!

One of the worst systems ever
No, I don't love admin, how ironic that this company generates even more admin! The system is painful to use, support is virtually non-existent and payments often go haywire. Don't go anywhere near pre-authorise future payments, absolute nightmare.

We want to assure all customers that we have a support desk open to administrators and members, allowing you to make contact between Mon - Fri between 09:00 - 17:30. There is always someone to speak to at the end of the phone or you can email on help@loveadmin.com.
As a customer-led organisation we never want to hear that a customer feels that the software is making more work than less. Our development model is driven directly by client feedback. We release on regular cycles and our ongoing developments include a large feature set to satisfy multiple requests.
We're sorry that the recent payment issues, unfortunately caused by the payment providers themselves, have had an impact. We have been working non-stop with them to improve their stability.

Since we've jumped to our new system with LoveAdmin, everything in our Club runs smoothly, the proof is "Summer 2023", in summer the Club runs classes as usual + offers summer camps but Admin (office) is closed.... Summer passed with no dramas at all, payments coming through, bookings online perfectly set up. Huge thanks Team LoveAdmin.
