We're disappointed by your comments as they omit several important facts.
At the time the dispute was raised, your campaign remained active and was continuing to generate opportunities. As discussed throughout the campaign, our guarantee is fulfilled by continuing to work on the campaign until the agreed lead target is achieved.
Your claim that it would take "5 years and 5 months" to achieve the target is based on a simple extrapolation of early campaign results and ignores the reality that outbound campaigns are continually optimised. We were actively monitoring and refining your campaign on a near-daily basis, improving targeting, messaging and performance as more data became available. Response rates were increasing and opportunities were being generated when the dispute was raised.
Unfortunately, rather than allowing that process to continue, you chose to initiate a chargeback and terminate the campaign prematurely.
Once a chargeback is initiated, we have no option but to suspend services immediately. We cannot reasonably be expected to continue funding campaign infrastructure, software, data, monitoring and management costs whilst the payment for those services is simultaneously being disputed. As a result, campaign activity, portal access and lead processing were suspended with immediate effect.
As the matter is now subject to a formal payment dispute, we will provide the full correspondence, campaign records and supporting evidence to Stripe for independent review.
