Thank you very much Lorinzer living for delivering a beautiful bed for my daughters room. We’ve ordered before from another well known Luxury bed company so I was skeptical ordering from another company especially as the price was quite a lot lower for this particular bed so I was expecting the quality of the gas lift ottoman to possibly reflect the price paid but honestly the bed is simply stunning the workmanship that has gone into our bed is second to none the fabric (plush velvet) is fitted beautifully! Would definitely order again! Thank you Hannah

We bought our bed back in December and waited for our renovation to be completed. We have put it up now and we absolutely love it !!. Communication was great with even better delivery drivers. Thank you Lorinzer Living. 👍

The entire process from ordering samples to delivery was very efficient. The bed is beautifully made and well upholstered. Wouldn't hesitate buying from this company.

We are very pleased with our new bed. Time from ordering to delivery was just about 2 weeks, which we think was excellent. If we have one criticism it would be that the corners of the top of the divan could be seen when the mattress was put on. We solved this by sticking some of the spare fabric that came with bed - now looks much better

So glad we found this company ! Our bed is amazing quality and looks great. Well worth the money spent. Will definitely be recommending this company to others.

This was our second purchase and lorinzer living was amazing as always. The service was excellent , was kept well aware of the delivery and the bed is beautifully made. We have our final room left for renovation and currently looking at their designs for our next purchase 😍😍

The bed from lorinzer living is beautiful , really well made and sturdy. The service was excellent and the delivery men very polite and friendly. Would recommend.

The beds arrived sooner than expected and they are LOVELY !! no problems with the purchase and the customer service was brilliant. I would highly recommend Lorinzer Living and would buy from them again.

Absolutely adore my new bed ! Extremely beautiful and delivered just in time before Christmas. One of the best companies I found, would highly recommend lorinzer living.

So pleased with this bed for my daughter, its very sturdy and took us 40 mins to assemble. Hardly any effort at all. A great contemporary piece to any bedroom. I would definitely recommend this company.

Quick delivery , amazing quality for money , easy assembly.

Excellent quality product and great customer service. Got a small double for my daughter's bedroom and she's loving it !

Beyond satisfied! This bedframe was worth every penny spent!! So beautiful ! I'm 24 and was able to put this together myself. The instructions were fairly simple to follow and more importantly it matches my couch perfectly ! Thank you so much

Beautifully made bed!! Excellent customer service from the day of order to the day of delivery. The bed looks much more beautiful in person. I would be recommending these guys and be placing another order once we get back from our holiday.

So, i ordered a bed on 29th November on the 9th december i got a text saying it would be delivered the next day so i called the courier to say i would not be at home, he said no problem i will deliver next Tuesday as i will be in the area. so i call today just to check as i have taken the day off work and the courier shouts down the phone at me saying its Lorizer livings fault as they did not reply to his message. I have tried to call them but as usual no one is picking up the phone. My daughter will not have a bed to sleep on please contact me Lorinzer Living ! Please yet again can someone call me ??? I have the wrong mattress. Don't hesitate to get in touch how do I do that tried calling and live chat??? Please call me ASAP ! So after being promised that the right mattress would be here today surprise surprise no delivery tried live chat no answer tired email no reply tried phone no reply. Did you pay the other people to leave good reviews ? so it's now the 30th of December and still nothing after many email and calls no relies !!

I’ve ordered 2 beds and they were delivered on Saturday morning. One bed was very good and assembled. The second bed (sleigh bed) was made incorrectly and not assembled and was left in the bedroom floor as the couriers said they cannot take it back as they have opened the packaging. I have tried to call Lorinzer Living countless times and no on picks up the phone and I have left an email with the photographs and still no reply! I've tried the web chat and someone replied after several hours saying they will forward my issue to the admin team. What's the point of having a phone number when no one picks up the phone?? Where is the customer service? It’s very disappointing and there is no one to talk to.
my order number is MYF21311..hopefully they will take notice of this feedback and get back to me! It's leading up to Christmas and my daughter does not have a bed now and she's can't use her room as the couriers have left all the parts of the bed in her room!

Bought my king size bed and mattress from them. Extremely please with my purchase, the bed is beautifully made with fast and efficient service

Over the moon with my new bed ! I'm a 23 year old female and I was able to put this bed together in less than 2 hours !! The material feels alot more than its worth. I ordered the king size in cream. Would be using them again for future purchases.

Love our new bed! Communication about my order and delivery was very good and on time. Instructions easy to follow and everything included. Would highly recommend.

Ordered bed and mattress very good quality went together very easy will definitely order again from this company. Excellent value for money.
