Had an issue with a bouquet that arrived and called up customer services. Spoke to a lovely guy called Reza who not only refunded the flowers, he also sent out a new bouquet with chocolates too. They say that the measure of a good company is not how often they make mistakes, some mishaps are inevitable, but how well they recover from them.
I had an issue with a delivery for our anniversary, which came too early while we were away for a few days and the bouquet deteriorated in the heat and had a short life.
When I told Morning Flowers of our disappointment, they immediately offered either a full refund or replacement.
We chose the replacement which arrived at the planned time and is absolutely beautiful .
