Faultless, placed an order and items were delivered promptly. had to ask for an invoice which was received the next day. Spoke to Emma with a couple of queries and found communication prompt and helpful. would buy from them again.

Evri lost parcel posted 6th Jan and no sign to date. Loops will not refund me until Evri declare the parcel lost. Poor service. Had to take it up with Amazon to get a refund. DO NOT USE.

In January 24 had to ring in a urgent order on a Friday afternoon for under cabinet lights the Man I spoke to couldn't have been more obliging. He organised the delivery and got them sent out straight away arrived following morning and are perfect. Can't fault this firm.

Ordered through B&Q online website for some pole clamps. Was given a delivery date of 30th to 31st December 2024. Had arranged for an installation on the 2nd Jan 2025. Unfortunately the products didn't arrive untill the 12th Jan 2025. Tracking the delivery was a waste of time as the courier platform indicated they hadn't received the item from the seller. Tried calling the contact number for Loops Direct, but that number was dead. So all in all a total waste of time and frustrating as i didnt know what was going on. I want to return the items and get a refund. I imagine that will be another challenging experience.

Order said dispatched
Got an email a few days later saying they are out of stock and waiting for more to come in in around 2 weeks.
Asked for an alternative cable twice which was actually cheaper and was ignored.
A month passes still no delivery.
Chased and chased several times to get an update.
Finally they replied saying it should have been delivered by now. Do I want it sending again?
I confirmed I did around a week ago now.
Still no delivery so asked for an update. No reply and ignored again.

I made a very minor order with Loopsdirect and even though it was only small I found this company has high integrity, is dedicated to customer service and their communication is first rate.

Ordered through B&Q online website. Despite numerous emails to both B&Q and Loops Direct, I am still waiting for my order. I've requested a refund but they won't refund until the courier returns the despatched items..... that was over 6 weeks ago!!!!!

In november i ordered some lights that i was told will be delivered 12 days later because they are in transit. 12 days later i didnt get the products and when i called they told me they are waiting for me to answer them. If i havent answered i still expect my items even with a 12 days later delay. I asked for a refund and it is now a further 3 weeks that i didnt get a refund, all i receive is messages that shows me what the original cause for the delay is but i cannot reply to the message. And i now i am stuck with this.
Excellent service
Ordered some light fittings directly from the company. They were really good quality and reasonably priced. There was a slight delay with delivery, however, the customer service (Emma) was really professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely order from them again.
Looking at previous reviews there seems to be issues with delivery but perhaps people should be looking at the delivery companies rather than a small hard working business. It was clear from my interaction with them that they genuinely cared about their customers.

Ordered through B&Q, told no stock, so called Loopsdirect. They cancelled the B&Q order and I ordered directly from Loopsdirect. Loopsdirect was super helpful and my order arrived quickly. Lovely product
Glass wall lights and pendant
I purchased wall lights and ceiling pendant for my dining room area and they look fantastic.
They are excellent quality and I am very happy with my new lights.
When I received my wall lights the glass shade on one of them had been broken in transit. I contacted customer services and they had no hesitation in sending me a new light.

Ordered some lights for my house on B&Q…
Ordered some lights for my house on B&Q and they were supplied by Loops. I ordered on a Sunday night and my order arrived the following Tuesday.
I held off leaving a review until my electrician had installed the lights but now he has, they look great and overall, I'd have no problem buying from them again.
I also called to request an invoice and a friendly lady called Emma answered the phone and sent this over straight away.

Ordered item through B&Q and terrible experience. I have contacted them many times chasing my delivery after two weeks of waiting, they say cant share tracking and basically I have to just wait! they never contact you the customer and expect you to chase from them. very happy to take your money but the service you then receive to try and track down your order is terrible, I hope B&Q realise this impacts the customers opinion of them too
