If I could, I would give zero stars. I had an ultrasound appointment at this clinic in London and it was a disaster from beginning to end. The reception staff were unfriendly and annoyed. They did not answer any questions, The environment was dirty and poorly maintained, I felt like a number, not a patient. On top of that, it was completely overpriced for such poor service. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the report did not reflect the urgency that was discussed during the ultasound. During the exam, it was discussed an urgent gp/ gyne review. In the report no mention of 'urgent'....very unbalanced.
If not urgent, should not use the word urgent! As a reult, GP will wont see me until November. Nearly 2 months away....

Very happy with USS & sonographer. Top machine apparently, good size room. Detailed report as promised. Good history taking.

Negative environment; clinic is downstairs steps are small & were wet from rain. No real waiting room just a small corridor where you can hear conversations in room’s opposite. Receptionist looked bored and on her phone. It would be so much better if a waiting room was found rather than a small , narrow corridor.

Visited today for a couple of sports injury ultrasound scans with Dr Watson. Couldn't have had a more positive experience - the calibre of professionals they have there and the quality of the equipment is as good as it gets. Plus their pricing is excellent relative to the rest of the market - no brainer.

I had the same experience as Ali — visiting the clinic felt like stepping onto their Trustpilot page, with repeating names. It’s shameful to use Trustpilot this way. If a business is genuinely good, why rely on fake reviews? I won't risk my health with a company that shows no ethical standards. I suggest anyone considering them first check their "About Us" page and note staff names, then compare those names here — you’ll find the same people and families posting five-star reviews. I hope Trustpilot investigates and removes these fake ratings.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and exceptionally well organised. My appointment started exactly on time, which is something I truly value.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. After contacting them, I checked Trustpilot and discovered that one of the five-star reviews was written by the staff member who had answered me. I searched further and found many five-star reviews on Trustpilot and Google that appear to be fake and published by clinic staff. This is neither ethical nor professionally acceptable.

I prefer to have my medical care provided by someone with integrity and professional ethics.
Please find their fake reviews and report them.
