The item I purchased was supposed to be fast charger and cable but only cable arrived. No reply to my email asking if charger was coming separately. (It didnt). Won't buy from these people again.

The reply I got when asking for a refund for a phone that was supposedly new but clearly wasn’t was totally out of order, threatening and really unprofessional- beware of the seller

Ordered a pristine condition phone off these people and it was when it arrived! On time, packaged well, no issues....I'll order from here again

Really poor customer service. Not happy with the product either. Bad descriptions so you are disappointed with what you receive.

This goes on. I am having to go to pay pal to get my money back. I have not revieved anything back as of yet. So as well as no phone They have effectivly stolen £310.00. I will contune to update.

Bought 2 phones off this company a year apart and both times they did everything they agreed to and I’m happy with the service

I purchased a refurbished iphone from this company buying it in”excellent condition” the phone arrived and has damage through to the bare silver metal on the casing in multiple places to the front & rear.

The seller has misadvertised this phone as it should have been sold as fair condition which commands a much lower price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They are refusing to cover the cost of the return postage and despite putting a card in with the phone saying customer service is paramount to them, they actually don’t actually give a damn!

Im having to pay for return postage despite being misled and backmarket do not cover you when a seller misleads you. Very poor service indeed!

This seller with such poor feedbacks should be fined. Do not buy from them!

This company deserves 0 stars !! Complete scam artists paid almost £500 for guaranteed delivery, some nonsense about staff personally delivering it to Royal Mail depot, but sent email saying dispatched via dpd, after 4 days, it turns out they still have the item, and in order to receive it I must cooperate and be patient. Asked me to close PayPal dispute, when I said no they said that’s fine, I won’t be receiving a phone and will have to wait for PayPal to investigate before I get my money back

I bought 2 iPhone 7`s as Christmas presents for my parents. The only reason I had purchased from them was their express delivery. The order has not yet been delivered as it should have. I have messaged them to ask and what happened with the order and initially they claim it was the post office`s fault and then they promise to have it delivered within 2 weeks... so disappointing

Bought a ‘new’ iPhone 7 but received one with previous owners details inside who confirmed it was 2 years old & they had traded it in. Replaced phone but this one isn’t new either & the call quality is dreadful. A very disappointing birthday gift. They offered another replacement but opened case with PayPal as lost faith in thelondonmagicstore. They are advertising phones as new & selling used phones.

terrible company, scammers and liars. lied about refunding me after i sent the phone back, had to get paypal involved who got all my money back for me quickly because they could see for themselves you are a bunch of lying crooks.

Took long time to get phone due to my credit card company messing up..but once corrected action was swift. I had to request an invoice for purchase which is a bit of a joke for a new to me phone

This company is selling products and lying about them. We purchased a HTC that playstore no longer allow. They are selling on Amazon and eBay an have a store yet their service is shocking. I'm visually impaired agoraphobic and bed ridden. For a company to do this with covid going on is outrageous. Please be careful

This company are really bad. Worst customer service ever. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Product ordered for Express Delivery.

First call said glitch with order and never sent. The company later admitted this was lie and express delivery was the whole point of the exercise.

Because they messed up, we wanted a new delivery address as recipient was only at original address for a few days.. Told no problem and was done. DPD messaged showing wrong delivery address. Called to correct and change to a pre selected "pick up" location as unlikely to be in when DPD delivered. All done we were told...

DPD flagged delivery to original address so clearly either lied to or gross inefficiency yet again.

Serious complaint made and given some story (I no longer believe) about there system saying this was a potential fraud... in fact almost all orders flagging as potential frauds according to them.

Told because we changed delivery address, was fraud. Pointed out only changed address because they failed to deliver as paid to do.

They asked DPD to return to base. We agreed if a replacement was sent urgently to us. This was refused point blank and said they can only forward when original back. Not so. It was being sent back to them and would not to us so they could have sorted it out and the whole point was a fast delivery.

Totally useless as phoned needed for work looking after vulnerable people.

They are have been caught out stating theyvhad done this and that when they KNEW they had deliberately not sent the item, They are unhelpful. The director makes unilateral decisions cancelling orders when they have your money WITHOUT speaking to his sales team or indeed, having the basic courtesy of actually telling the people who have paid in good faith.

You CANNOT trust them to be honest and their c0ck ups... of which there were many.... are your problem apparently!!!

No apology offered. Nothing. Their alleged super efficient infrastucture is shambolic. They have not got a clue and no CS protocol to sort out issues at all. Totally contrary to the ficticious statemennts made on their website.

Take your business elswhere. There is no infrastructure or dedicated customer care. Issue handling is a complete shambles.

Do not deal with this company because if it goes wrong they will totally bend you over.

Also interesting that they now have got trust pilot to message me for more info (provided).... and that of the 7 or so ☆ reviews, they only bothered to respond to 1. They should respond to every single negative review. As I said, total shower and no infrastructure or customer service ethics.

02.03.2022, update. They have flagged thiscthread a defamatory because I called them liars. Well its only "defamayory" if it isnt true. I will withdraw liars but underline the fact that they deliberately made statements that they had despatched and redurected when they KNEW this was not true. Draw your own conclusions.
