The item was ordered express.
It never showed up.
we were given a load of flannel which later transpired to be a complete pack of lies - by their own admission.
In the end, the money was returned after many many emails and calls.
They insisted it had been sent to us but in fact, their system flagged our transaction as potentially fraudulent - apparently they knew it was putting out false warnings but the director stopped the sending of our goods without even investigating.. It wasn't but claimed it was in the post and then that they were waiting for DPD to return it were just bare faced lies. They had it all the time in my opinion. When DPD were challenged by is they said they had not yet received it from the seller.
We had to change the delivery address twice which didn't help of course but the whole reason we did so was because they didn't send goods we had paid for in full. Not one word of apology. Deal with this company at your peril. Our original review has seemingly gone but our experience was so bad, we would hate to see others go through the same process and be out of pocket. We were close to issuing through the small claims court.....

Paid on Wowcher waited for it to arrive nothings arrived. Call them phone line rings out and they won’t pick up phone or emails .

I don’t believe I will receive the order at all for my htc android my mobiles currently damaged so I hoped this would be fast and reliable yet not a thing is in the post.

Upset waited 5 days after payment and no tracking details very dodgy company avoid as they take the money have no tracking and don’t deliver

I bought a phone under the assumption that the description was accurate . Well it was far from that , the SIM card reader was broken . The item arrived turned on in a shambolic attempt at packing . Merely packed in bubble wrap in an envelope . The customer service is beyond substandard they take eons to reply and seem to lack any basic knowledge of electronics . I was offered a replacement despite the fact I did not stipulate that I wanted one . I am still awaiting a refund despite the fact I returned via Royal Mail 48 over 5 days ago . Pitiful at best .

I ordered a phone charger and without any notice all i recieved was a lead when i messaged them the response i got was unreal the chargers were out of stock and apparently they send you the next best thing.Well a lead without a charger is no good is it!!! I will never buy from here again i have reported it to paypal and i am still waiting for a response from the sellers but i wont hold my breath "Be aware"if you purchase anything from here

Phone is good condition but when u order a phone on a o2 network u expect it to be an o2 phone.

I have tried several times to communicate with Londonmagicstore concerning a phone I purchased. They do not answer their phones or respond to emails. Very dissappointing since I dealt with them a couple of years ago and had excellent service.

Phone was not new as advertised but worked okay. Sent it for repair close to end of warranty. They suppposedly repaired it but still exactly the same problems. On return it is now out of warranty. Tried phoning multiple times over several days but calls never answered. I now have an iphone that cannot connect to the internet when away from home, doesn't recognise my fingerprint and has a touchscreen that intermittently doesn't respond to touch. Wonderful! I wouldn't recommend buying from them even if the price is better than other sellers. There is a reason why...... Avoid!!

Although the item wasnt as expected, they handled the return and refund promptly and with no fuss.

Bought a battery for my Nokia mobile, it would not hold its charge any more than the 12 year old one I replaced.
They dimissed my complaint with the quip "it's because it's an old phone"!

Just glad I didn't buy anything expensive from them. Real shysters.

There was a problem with the description of my order that lead to a misunderstanding. Which was resolved politely and without issue- its a real pleasure to deal with a company that can see the customers view point and respond in a good way. I highly recommend them.

Ebay mobile phone Londmagicstore

Purchased iphone 5 from Londmagicstore. The listing clearly stated, ‘Apple iPhone 5 16GB 32GB 64GB Black White Unlocked 4G - Average Condition’. Note the wording, ‘… Unlocked…’. The phone is locked to, Vodaphone Corporate Account.

After paying they gave feedback: ‘Thank you for your payment- if you have any problems please contact us’ So I contacted them saying,’… from your description it states, 'unlocked'. However upon receiving the phone I find the phone is, 'locked'. Can you please explain how I 'UNLOCK' the phone. I thought I was being polite.
The response was appalling! A person (whose name I will not disclose) replied, ‘… see your order details properly’. The person continued saying, ‘Wasting both our time for no reason’.
I believe this person needs a lesson on good manners!!!

I found their attitude extremely rude, unhelpful and uncalled for. I sincerely hope no one buys anything from Londmagicstore. If you do & something goes wrong – you can forget any customer service!

Perfect quality second hand phone at a great price

Phone was with me the next day. Amazing service, good quality refurbished phones - you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference.
Would highly recommend!

Phone purchased off ebay with next day delivery which never arrived. They give excuse after excuse about post not collecting, computer glitches, etc. etc....

After a week they say be patient wait a few more days. Why should I? I ordered a phone with next day delivery because I needed it in a hurry.

If you need a phone in a hurry buy elsewhere because its never going to arrive from here

Update: the feedback score on ebay for this company is inaccurate.
There were several negative reviews for the past month and somehow they get ebay to remove them.
