Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. One can NEVER go wrong with a Lola's cake! I ordered a rainbow birthday cake for my daughter and she was overjoyed! She is a huge Lola's fan and the cake gave her more reasons to love Lola's cakes! Thank you Lola for making my daughter's birthday memorable! If you are contemplating purchasing a cake, let my review be your confirmation!

They forgot to give my husband the cupcakes when he initially picked up. Then they gave him a 7 candle when it was for a 8th birthday

I ordered a very delicious chocolate cake for my birthday and added my own decorations to it. Everybody enjoyed it.

Blueberry heavenly cupcake
Wow wow wow amazing cupcakes, especially the blueberry one. In the past I had a velvet cake for a birthday party and it was brilliant too. Also Lola's is part of Too Good To Good. Perfect.

Great cake for kids birthday party!
We ordered a cake for my son's birthday party and it was delicious. Big enough to feed 25 kids and at least 10 adults (or more). Lots of compliments on the design and how moist and delicious it was. Communication on when it was ready for pick up. Originally had thought it was slightly on the pricey side, but given the quality of the cake and the number of people if fed, would highly recommend!

The chocolate heaven cake hit the spot
The cake( chocolate heaven) was indeed heavenly; it came beautifully and elegantly packed in a Lola cake box, in a Lola gift bag. The young lady at the Walthamstow Mall was pleasant, professional and kind. The cake contributed to my daughter enjoyuling her 18th birthday celebration. The whole family lost themselves in decent potions of he gorgeous cake. It was worth the price.

Bring back the flavours
The company can improve by bringing their old selection back which had the best flavours now the selection is just so basic and it is very unfair that you have gotten rid of the best flavours. (Cupcakes)

Some of our flavours are only seasonal and are being brought back on specific occasions, and our product development team are constantly working on bringing new exciting flavours in.
We also do look into our statistics, and sadly, even if the flavours are really good, they don't always sell as well as we would have liked it, which can lead to them being discontinued.
I will be sure to pass all of your comments to the relevant departments to review and take into consideration in the future.
