Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

Great service
The black lady with piercings working at the Walthamstow shopping centre branch was lovely and her customer service was great. She called me to let me know my order was ready and once she saw I was riding a bike and it was raining she double bagged my order so it wouldn't get ruined

Delicious cakes
Delicious, moist and extremely attractive cakes. This one was a princess cake for my 3 year old granddaughter. Last time I chose an extra large raspberry and lemoncake for my daughters 40th. Both times I chose lemon and mascarpone with raspberry jam filling. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic Cake!
I bought a Lemon and Raspberry cake for my mums 70th birthday and we wasn’t disappointed! From ordering to collecting the cake was so stress free. The staff member was very attentive and had great customer service. 5 stars for Lola’s cupcakes. Will be ordering my next cake with you! Definitely value for money and the cake was amazing

I was kept well informed with updates
I was kept well informed with updates, the cake was ready for collection, well packaged and I was provided with a bag for transporting.
It remained fresh out the fridge next day and was really good.
Much appreciated by my 18 year old God Daughter

Perfect cake
My 11 year old daughter absolutely loved the cake! She had her birthday trip in London Zoo, the jungle cake was a big surprise for her and she and her friends loved it very much, very beautiful and tasty, the size was also perfect! Worth every penny! The ladies are always very friendly at the Walthamstow branch!

Reliable service and delicious cake!
My order was very last minute and Lola's were the only bakery which was able to do my cake at such short notice. I collected it, it was boxed and bagged. Super friendly and more importantly it was very pretty and delicious. Everyone loved it. will definitely use again.
