Lola's - Lola's Waterloo Anmeldelser

Delicious cake as always
This is my second time ordering the black forest cake for my partner's birthday as it's his favorite and he really liked it last year

I made an order around 10.10pm on the 20/03/24 and they were ready to collect from Waterloo approx 1.30pm via email & text msg on the 22/03/24 as I wanted to pick up on that day. I was on my way to collect at 7pm and got a call on route with a polite reminder that my cakes were ready for collection.
fantastic organisation by the company.

Fantastic cake - easy to order and collect

Thank you once again Lola's cupcake you never fail.

It was for my daughter, she loved the cake.

Cake was of good quality and icing was not completely throw away.
Maybe 1 suggestion would be reduce the cardboard base size, making it easy to transport.

But daughter was slightly disappointed that only tail end of the mermaid was placed on cake.

Everytime we visit London we always have to have a Naked Victoria Sponge Cake on Order. Absolutley Gorgeous. On this occassion i had my wifes Birthday Cake booked to pick up from Waterloo but our Train was delayed by 3 hours so i had to ring and let them know. Absolutely no probs, superb customer service (rang whilst on train) and picked up 1st thing following morning. Super Fresh ! Super Tasty ! 5***** Thanks Again Lolas.

Always the most perfect cupcakes and the friendliest staff

Best cake in the world, whole family was fighting over it 🤣. Will need to get a large next time

Really good tasty cake

Always use Lola’s cupcakes for birthday and celebration cakes. Made fresh and absolutely delicious.

Beautiful and delicious birthday cake. Very easy process to order and pick up. Great quality and service!

Delicious lemon cake, highly highly recommend.

Fantastic. Lovely cake, have purchased before. So handy to be able to pick up from train station location. Service was excellent.

Really smooth order and collection service, very helpful staff at pick-up, and - most crucially - my team absolutely loved the brownies I brought them!

Easy ordering service, great that I was able to change 2 days before pick up. Fabulous customer service at the pick up space. Last of all but not least the cakes were delicious, my team loved that we were given a little booklet of all the options it was a real talking point. I will definitely will be ordering again. For those that manage team events they are a great cake option.

The berry cake we ordered a week in advance online was great and exactly what we wanted/hoped. Picking it up from Waterloo station was easy. Good communication too.

I order a red velvet cake for my bf bday and everyone loved it! There was nothing left after an hour!

Helpful and friendly staff.
Great choice, especially in the morning :-)
And the taste... no words to describe it!

Easy to order on line & select pick up destination.
Friendly staff
Thank you! X

Website easy to navigate with a great selection of products. I ordered the santa workshop small selection box for pick up at waterloo station. I received a reminder once the order was ready to collect which was extremely useful. The cupcakes were packaged well and were delicious 😋
