Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Our customer service team is always on hand to help with enquiries, and the occasional problem!
Now with a team of over 400 people, we’re proud to have established ourselves as a go-to destination for cupcakes and celebration cakes.

A treat then and now
Waterloo, was kind and courteous.. the array was beautiful, clean and everything sparkled. I have bought and enjoyed Lola’s since 2006 when a patient gave us Receptionists a box as gift at the Keats Group Practice. It’s always been a treat then and now.

Friendly staff. Great taste
The staff at waterloo are super friendly and they are so patient with me. I'm really indecisive and they just help you to feel comfortable. Helps that the cupcakes taste great too and for all those people that don't like vegan cupcakes, I tried the vegan choclate one and you couldn't even tell. It was delicious!

Delicious and easy experience
I had a business order and Lola's made it easy. They were responsive, thoughtful about the specifics and were able to deliver. The cupcakes themselves were delicious and gorgeous. For this order, we had them use our company logo and it came out perfectly. Thank you Lola's!

Excellent customer service
Booked the cake online and collected it enroute at Waterloo station. Excellent service. Email in the morning letting me know the cake was ready. Packed in protective box. The cake was delicious!

Easy to order
Easy to order, delicious gluten free cake. Good value for money for quality.
Only comment would be for increased gluten free options for delivery to outside of London - had to travel in to collect so overall cost increased to cover train fare

Gorgeous and delicious
I made an order around 10.10pm on the 20/03/24 and they were ready to collect from Waterloo approx 1.30pm via email & text msg on the 22/03/24 as I wanted to pick up on that day. I was on my way to collect at 7pm and got a call on route with a polite reminder that my cakes were ready for collection.
fantastic organisation by the company.
