I decided last minute to find a dinosaur cake for my 19 year old son! And this cake did not disappoint, he loved it, and it tasted great. We bought the 1 layer version and it managed to feed lots of us. I would buy this again.

I ordered a Victoria sponge naked cake for a birthday celebration. The cake looked and tasted delicious and everyone commented that it was just like a homemade sponge cake. It wasn’t too sweet as it didn’t have loads of butter cream and the fruit on top was fresh. I would definitely buy again, very happy customer.

While we appreciate Lola's cakes, we found this particular order to be somewhat dry, resulting in a slower consumption compared to our previous experiences.

Terrible customer service at bluewater store. I asked to purchase 2 cupcake box for £7.90. I picked the chocolate indulgence and the cinnamon cupcake. I was overcharged and paid £8.95. I questioned this and the staff said the cinammon cupcake was £5. I said I asked for 2 cupcake for £7.90 and was not told the cinnamon cupcake was not included. The worker rudely pointed at the sign saying it is £5 ‘read the sign properly’. I said the sign does not state a price, that is not my fault. The worker said there’s nothing she can do and that it’s tough luck. I also took a photo of the sign showing there was no £5 price displayed. Very disappointed

Great experience! Easy to order and looked and tasted of high quality. Easy to collect, collected at Bluewater and the lady was informative and kind. My boyfriend loved the cake and it tasted delicious!! Will definitely be buying again

I bought the Christmas cake and was very disappointed with the quality. It was extremely dry and flavourless, and honestly inedible. It was particularly disappointing given that it cost £50, and quite embarrassing to see people leave it on their plates, especially after I had spoken so positively about it based on its appearance.

The cake was so beautiful, I didn't want to eat it at first, cos it was so beautiful.
I got the double chocolate flavour and dammm it's so good, it tastes amazing it's not like those cakes that you'll eat it and feel like they drenched it with liquid hot chocolate.

Would definitely order again and recommend Lola's cupcake

I absolutely love buying birthday cakes from Lola's unfortunately my birthday was on the Sunday and I couldn't go and get my free cake and to do days after they wouldn't give it to me because I had to be picked up on the day that was a bit unfair
