It was much better than what we used before (just one employee booking flights for everyone), but a lot of customization we made that Lola assured us would happen didn't get integrated. For example we were supposed to not even have the option of Basic Economy flights, and that was all that was an option for us

Lola.com has been amazing. The team has been very responsive and incredibly helpful. They have allowed us to expand on our reporting process without causing extra steps for our travelers. The platform is very easy to use and easy to understand. Our team didn't have time for lengthy booking processes with a traditional agency. They needed something fast paced with reservations that were easy to modify on the fly.

Lola is super useful for tracking employee expenses. It's great being able to work with them to roll out new features, too.

By far the easiest, fastest and most intuitive travel booking application I have ever used in my career. Setting up a profile with all of my hotel preferences, membership numbers, TSA pre check information and more was done in minutes. Being able to search and book travel quickly and efficiently on Lola is a huge bottom line time savings for organizations on the go. Thank you for replacing our old, outdated tool, CTM. The service has been head and shoulders above that old vendor.

My company just started using Lola about a month ago. It's super easy! I was able to set up a profile in minutes and book travel quickly. The website is simple, straightforward and sleek! I would recommend to anyone looking for a modern corporate travel service.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Lola.com with some minor reservations. The onboarding and usage experience as the primary admin for our account has been stellar, and interactions with the Lola.com staff have all been outstanding. If I'm not mistaken, the site is still transitioning from what had been a leisure travel-focused provider to a full-on corporate business travel solution, so while there are definitely areas the site needs to improve on in terms of its offerings and functionalities, it's a fantastic start for Lola and I believe they will come through on the items they are lacking at this time, most specifically on the cost reporting side.

Their service is way better than my other personal travel agents provide. Making a reservation is a very easy and quick process. They notify you whenever the flight schedule changes and find you other options when the flight gets cancelled. They also contact the airline companies on behalf of you when you need to make changes or requests. Very easy to reach them over the chat and email.

Makes travel booking a dream!

My favorite thing about Lola is how fast the customer service team gets back to you. They're wonderful and rapid! This is also a big time saver for our team - rather than having each employee book his/her own travel, it is billed to one system and saves time (and money) on expense reporting. The system itself works fast. The only limitation is reporting isn't as in depth and it doesn't tie in with some accounting systems. But, overall, a great value especially with how much time is saved!

I used Lola for a company trip recently and the booking experience was very user-friendly. I was able to find and compare flights from all the nearby airports, quickly.

Then, we were able to bill everything directly to the company card without worrying about tracking separately or having to use an expense report.

I LOVE Lola! We use Lola for business and personal travel at our firm. Recently while on a personal trip to Florida, I was able to see the full value that Lola offers. When the likelihood of storm in Boston continued to increase, a Lola representative contacted me to let me know they were monitoring my flight and there was a possibility it would be cancelled. They asked if I would like to switch my flight (at no cost), made all of the arrangements AND sent me my new boarding passes. I was able to go about my scheduled plans that day without a single worry, because I knew Lola had my back! GREAT customer service!

I am new to Lola, over the past few days I have yet had to use it quite a bit and all experience have been positive. The young ladies that Lola helped me out a great deal call trying to book a flight to get home after a long trip. There was a perfect storm of flight delays airport closures flight cancellations and the beginning of Spring Break. If I had not had Lola to back me up it would have been three extra days before I would have been able to get home. But they were able to help me change flights, cancel flight, and they found me a flight that got me home 4 hours earlier than the best one I could find. The chat feature is probably the best feature they have because you going to talk to a real person not a robot like other apps of this type

LOLA, so far is very convenient for my company and especially for my accounting department. I can always log in to see the report and see if any employee has went over so I can just cancel the flight.

There are so many travel sites out there. I have found Lola.com to have the best interface and easiest UX. Sweet and Simple! Their customer service through messaging directly with a human both on the website and on the phone app is awesome. The reply time is always super quick and no matter how many questions I ask, they have been super helpful and helped explain the how/what. As an EA, the signing up and integration to administer all the executive travel profiles seemed like it could have been a lot easier. An area to improve there!
