Simple to use website for corporate travel booking. Well designed and great customer support. Much better than the other solutions we tried before.

Prior to Lola, I was personally booking all travel for our company. Since implementing Lola, I have been able to save a ton of time. Additionally, our team is now able to confidently book their travel accomodations without having to worry about if it's within budget or not, as Lola allows us to set up Guidelines. Platform aside, the customer service is amazing, I wish every company I interacted with was as helpful as the team at Lola.

Lola has a very clean interface- it only took me about 5 minutes to go in and get my flight booked for work. Everything was laid out very clearly and intuitive, extremely easy compared to the previous process we used.

Prior to Lola people were booking their own travel individually, and there was confusion around budgets and acceptable expenditures. Now it's easy to see which travel items fall within the guidelines of the company expense policy, and it was super easy to book flights.

Lola has been great so far! It is really simple to book flights and manage trips within their application. Their interface is beautiful and intuitive!

For round-trip flights, you have to book the depart and return flights separately in order to see all of the available options. After you choose a departing flight, it locks in that airline and you are no longer able to book return flights using a separate airline. I know there is probably a reason for this but it would be nice to see all available options, across airlines. That is the only reason why I didn't give it a 5-star rating.

Lola has been super helpful with booking and managing flights for our company's employees. Lola offers the flexibility of allowing employees to book for themselves while staying within company travel policies. We are also able to book flights for employees as needed. During a recent trip, we had to make a last minute flight change and the Lola team was responsive and timely with helping us resolve the issue. Lola has helped to streamline and organize our company flights while keeping track of useful travel expense data.

I cannot find anything to critique about Lola. Having tried to book flights on similar platforms, I find Lola's interface, support, and functionality to far surpass their competitors. The best part for me it the reminders to check-in for my flight. But it's not just a reminder, they'll also do it FOR YOU if you reply giving them permission. As someone who can be forgetful at times, this functionality has been great.

Their support is awesome, and it was great to have someone to turn to when flights got delayed. Sadly, they couldn’t help me with checking in (I would’ve done it myself anyway) or booking me on a new flight when I missed my connection because of the weird relationship between British Airways and American Airlines. But the woman on support tried her best and was super helpful telling me where I needed to go to rebook and which flights had availability. She gave me the info I needed to rebook on a flight that was only a few hours away instead of 12 hours away.

Lola.com is an easy to use interface and makes booking flights for multiple people super easy!

I would like to see more flight variety for international flights and more seat availability for larger groups.

The best way to book your flights for work! It was very easy to work with my colleagues to schedule a flght that worked for all of us. I highly recommend it for any business.

I have booked my business flights using Lola around 4 times now. The book experience has been amazing as Lola saves all my preferred traveling details and information to make booking a flight as quick as one two three. I'm most impressed with the support team behind Lola where they are looking out for my best interest. They check in flights for me beforehand, notify me when the gates changed, etc. Put great ease in mind!

The Lola team really goes above and beyond. When my flight was canceled they had me rebooked in my preferred seat while everyone else was still waiting in line to talk to the gate agent. I was able to sit back, and relax!

First time using for international travel - it worked well

The ability to cycle through options dedicated to a specific airline you select for your first trip if you are doing a round trip is super convenient.
However, We were going to travel as a team of people (10 of us) and due to a billing issue on Lola’s end our business credit card wasn’t recognised for a checkout for 3 people’s flights (mine included). So the party ended up being split between a strip to Houston and a trip to San Francisco just to get to Omaha

Lola was very easy to use and it was great to have everything in one place. Their customer service team is amazing and super helpful. It made it a breeze to organise flights for our company retreat.

Using Lola was seriously a breeze as an individual. My company goes through Lola to fly us back to our headquarters a few times a year and previously there was also that slight nervous feeling when booking of "if I mess things up, it's all my fault". Going through Lola has not only fixed that issue, but they've set a gold standard for how flights should be handled for everyone moving forward.

They have a proactive approach to their support, reaching out and asking questions ahead of time, making sure that you're checked in, and even having their staff fix issues before you even have a chance to worry about it.

Their interface from an individual's standpoint was easy to use and I got to use the airlines that I prefer flying with, and if there was every an issue Lola had it fixed before I could even begin to worry about it.

Lola is a beautiful app that is so intuitive to use. I feel like Lola is my personal traveling assistant. There's a peace of mind that comes with knowing Lola can rebook me quickly in the event of a flight delay or cancellation. Their customer service is top notch and makes me feel well taken care of.

It's been incredibly helpful to have someone helping me with my work travel reservations. When my travel plans change (which they do frequently), I no longer have to stop what I am doing to try to change my hotel or airline, and I can ask a Lola agent to help. They are fast, effective and knowledgable. Would recommend 100%

Lola has been a great tool for us to use for corporate travel. We were using all sorts of different platforms in order to book airfare, hotels and rental cars - making it difficult to consolidate and track. The concierge service is amazing and has literally been a lifesaver. Instead of a rush of panic when I get a notification a flight has been delayed or cancelled, the concierge service is right on top of it to get the best options available presented to us and booked as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Lola made booking business travel for my team extremely straightforward. Finding the best flights and nearby accommodations was so simple. When I had to revise our travel dates a few days after booking our arrangements, the customer service was outstanding. They walked me through the very few steps and basically took care of everything for me. What a relief!

Efficient, time saving and friendly service

If there is one thing which any business traveller will tell you it’s that you need certainly and security in case of a crisis - and that is where Lola have repeatedly excelled.

The application is easy to use, with clear instructions and a great ‘trips’ feature that allows you to view your full itinerary in one place.

Both the phone and chat support is friendly, efficient and effective. I have only been a Lola user for a couple of months but can’t imagine living without it now. Nothing is every too much trouble and they keep you informed at every step.

Cannot recommend Lola and the team enough!
