Easy to use and great customer support
The interface is very easy to use. I love the 'loyalty programs' option. It allows you to link all different accounts into one. Just makes things easier for multiple uses. Most importantly, the customer support is awesome. I recently started using this and I have had a very good experience.

Lola is a great solution for fast-growing businesses. In my company, we implemented Lola for company-wide travel and its ease of use is unmatched! I love the app and the team was proactive and helpful when my flight was going to be delayed due to an incoming snow storm. They put me on a new flight and confirmed everything with just chatting on them via the app.
Great travel app for growing teams, A+ customer service
We are a growing startup and started to feel the pain of managing travel across teams pretty quickly. Lola enables the team to search, book, manage and adjust all on the go. One of my favorite features was the ability to vouch for hotels or food in the app so the rest of the team can get a cheat sheet on a city.
Customer service by Lola is a slam dunk -- they are always ready to help and have all the details needed at their fingertips.
I cannot imagine how we'd handle all of the problems that (inevitably) arise during travel without Lola today.

Lola clearly shows all the available flights or hotels for your itenerary, the UI is intuitive and friendly. It has a great integration with Expensify which makes expense reports a breeze. Very attentive customer service.
Cons:
Lola doesn't appear to have flight integrations with all carriers (southwest airlines for example).
When connecting with expensify, you may need to adjust the total amount if booking for more than one person

I have booked through Lola numerous times now AND have had to work with their customer success team a couple of times to change flights. I immediately reached a real human who was able to go above and beyond to assist me. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Easy to use booking tool for our company
Lola is great! We find it very intuitive to use at Drift. It saves our HR admins so much time allowing all of us to book work travel on our own, without bombarding them with requests.

Lola has made booking company travel extremely easy. I am able to use my loyalty points for any airline and filter just like I would anywhere else. The best part is definitely the concierge service. Everyone can alter their own travel plans without bothering someone else at our company.
Lola.com is a great corporate travel tool with excellent service and UX.
Lola.com has been a great corporate tool for booking online travel. I've had to use it several times already and will continue to use it this coming year. Working for an all remote company has its challenges at times at Lola makes it easy to book my travel myself while still being able to use company-approved resources and recommendations. The customer service is also incredible because they alert me to check in or of any changes to flights before the airlines even do. They're also helpful in changing any travel details and are incredibly easy to work for!
Lola the customer centric travel booking tool!
Lola is the first internal travel booking tool that I've used and so far it has been fantastic! The best part of Lola I think is the customer support they provide. Any time I've had flights canceled or delayed their support team was excellent in getting me on the next available flights. The platform is also very easy to use to manage/book flights as well as notifying you when your flight is delayed.
Lola Made Traveling Less Stressful
We started using Lola at our company and after using it for a business trip to Boston I was impressed.
I usually think my booking skills to find cheap/good flights are better than average and was expecting another service that kind of gets it right but still doesn't nail the price point. Lola dethroned me and I'm ok with that! They even took care of rescheduling my flight after my event date shifted by a day and saved me money on the rebooking fee.

Lola has made booking company travel so much easier. I don't have to worry about expensing, and their customer service is great. I wish they had the ability to book different airlines for different legs of the flight, and early on in my experience (which is about 6 mos now) there were some performance issues, but they seem to be heading in the right direction for sure, and I would recommend.

Love this app and their customer service! If you haven’t used Lola yet, do it! I had a flight that was canceled and a second flight that was then delayed. They handled everything from getting a refund, booking, finding the easiest/fastest/in budget flight and hotels. They were on it and available 24/7 via chat. Soooo easy!
They made what would have been a really stressful situation, super easy & worry free. Oh, and they leave useful little welcome notes with good eats in the neighborhood of your hotel room upon arriving.
Customer Service is World Class
I've been using Lola for all my business travel needs for a couple months now and I really truly couldn't be more pleased. The interface is pretty basic and missing some features, like booking rental cars (which I hear is coming soon) so at first, I was a bit skeptical.
The quality of customer service that I've experienced thus far has really blown me away. From offering to check me in for my flights to asking for my loyalty numbers before they make a reservation, to even calling the hotel on my behalf to fix a wrong loyalty number it's just been great.
Very easy to fire up a chat on the platform, give some basic trip details, and let them do the rest. It's been quick, easy and everything I would honestly want from a business travel solution.

I've been using Lola for about a year and I can't say enough good things about it. I travel regularly for work and Lola makes it so fast and easy to book my trips. No more searching around the web for hours to find flights and hotels. I now do it all within minutes on the app. Plus I can see my itinerary all in one place and they have live travel agents that will help you rebook reservations (flight and hotel) if your plans change or if a flight get canceled. Huge time saver for frequent travelers!
