Se riconsegni il veicolo oltre l'orario di chiusura dell'Ufficio, dovrai parcheggiare il veicolo nello stallo dedicato e lasciare le chiavi, gratuitamente, nella key-box presente nei pressi dell'Ufficio di noleggio. Servizi disponibili: Elefast e auto elettriche per spostamenti veloci, sicuri e senza restrizioni di ZTL e di parcheggio.

POSITIVO CON MARGINI DI MIGLIORAMENTO
L'offerta di servizi, quali smart check-in e la possibilità di avere anche il telepass, è sicuramente per me molto attrattiva, in quanto voglio perdere memo tempo possibile per il ritiro dell'auto e per il pagamento pedaggi in autostrada.
Purtroppo, pur avendo effettuato lo smart check almeno 20 gg prima dell'inizio del noleggio, al banco del ritiro chiavi l'addetto ha impiegato almeno 15 min per trovare la prenotazione. L'autovettura ritirata , recente ed in ottime condizioni di pulizia, purtroppo non aveva la spazzola tergicristallo posteriore e questo mi ha creato qualche disagio vista la pioggia che ho incontrato per qualche ora durante l'utilizzo dell'autovettura. Pur avendo valutato positivamente nel complesso il nolo dell'auto ritengo che dobbiate migliorare gli aspetti che ho citato in precedenza, così da riservarvi il massimo dei voti nella prossima recensione. . The company handled the vehicle handover professionally. I would suggest that the company expand its fleet at city-center branches to avoid the need to travel to Linate Airport.

It was very difficult to find the return location at Milano Centrale. Unfortunately, I missed my train to Roma because it took me too long to finally find it. Also, your office at the train station was already closed at 8:30 PM and thus I was not able to get directions to your parking.

Bad experience In Milano airport
In Milano airport, they tried to sell me much more insurance coverage even when I said I had already a total insurance. Also they gave me a car of a lower category - I booked a Peugeot 2008 and received a Audi A3. They also did not explain what taxes I will pay in returning the car in Bérgamo, at the airport . Also, when checking out when I asked for help they treated me very badly, as they were doing a great favour .

The attention at the AirPort was good, but the car was not in optional conditions. The left back window had a deffect and the wind was wistling through at high velocity.

This time when they call it the car there are no inspections even there are many different which is not mentioned on the contract
But when I return it that is strict inspection the agent mentioned all old defect
When are you talk with him he said everything is okay but when I received a closed contract I found many defects mentioned
