After receiving my car renewal premium this week from Rachel I proceeded to ask her to gather some quotes for a rather complex (for me anyway!) set of circumstances with a non-driving registered keeper and named drivers having nil NCB to bring to the table. She did this patiently and effortlessly, explaining everything, and within three days we had the cover set up well within the preferred start date.
