First of all being able to talk with a real person as soon as you called, instead of going through a gauntlet of computerised a voice asking what you want, made real difference in the experience. Abha was/is a star. Our query was complicated and she handled it with diligence and professionalism from the get go. We chose Naturesave because they give back to the environment. We would not hesitate to recommend Naturesave others and will do so, not the least because the people with whom you work are truly there to help you with your insurance needs. Top work!

James was great, dealt with a lot of queries over a lot of calls from my co-op, really investigated terminology rather than taking an easy out that would have cost us more. I don't like receiving calls so I appreciate that he agreed to email me and let me call him

Great service from James - a friendly and capable human being - not a chatbot designed to waste hours of your time before conceding that it can't deal with your issue, so either a) you're making it up or b) you need to talk to a person....

If, like me, you run a village hall on a voluntary basis - that's your free time that's the victim of cutting costs by overusing AI. Next time you're reviewing services, stick out for companies that help make your life easier, rather than companies that are making money out of making your life harder.

Midway in through the process of amending a village hall policy, the technology gods decided to disallow emails between James and myself - not in trash, spam or even accompanied by a "can't send" message.

I'm sure a chatbot would have told me that the problem was with my IT service provider - and wouldn't have budged from that position.

I used old tech aka "the telephone": with a direct line number that's right at the top of the web site, (not a call centre with a menu to click through, hidden away in some unexpected part of the website). I was able to talk to directly to James and we quickly identified a workable solution. Great service!

The policy itself is great too and good value for money Naturesave is an ethical company

Looking for insurance for a non-standard building (a wooden Chalet) as my current provider has jacked up my premium by 33% over the last two years. Dreadful service. Beware that this insurer is underwritten by AXA who will do everything they can to avoid paying out for a legitimate claim.

I had a serious back injury shortly before I was due to go on Holiday earlier this year. I made a claim with Nature Save who referred me to AXA. 6 months later and we’re still nowhere near a resolution because they demand medical records in formats the NHS won’t provide me with (my full medical record in PDF format, which can’t be scanned in or posted).

In other words, if you’re unfortunate enough to need to claim you’re unlikely to be successful if the NHS provides your primary care.

It’s a shame because I loved the idea of Nature Save. Unfortunately, in reality they have the distinction of being the single worst insurer I’ve used. Avoid.

I really like the ethics of Naturesave Insurance . Personal service too with a tailor made policy. Also a very affordable quote which sealed the deal . Abha Wells was very knowledgable and covered everything so well . It was a no brainer to leave my previous insurer and go with a Green one .
