Started the motion of putting together an important LPA, completed some of the paperwork, only to find out that I would not have a working LPA after the process. Once I found this out I asked for a refund, which did not materialised. Overpriced and overated. Got it done fully elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Don't use them. I have a great contact if you need one. 😀

My induction to National Friendly with Samantha was great, she explained everything, asking if it understood it all, she gave me contact numbers and wh0 they were for, and why o might need them. Sam read the agreement to me asking at the end if I had any questions, she was very thorough, Friendly, and patient. I hve taken out a policy and am very grateful, thnk you Sam, you were brilliant.

Ian was great to speak to and helped in everything. He answered any given questions I had and left me pleased with the choice of life insurance I went with.

I was pleased to get a phone call to remind me of future plans . Ellen was so helpfull and explained everything so well. I am taking out a top up policy today .

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Received a call from Your Choice cover saying that they are merging with my then current insurance provider. I've since received a phone call from my former provider asking as to why I cancelled my policy with them mentioned the merger and was told that this is not true. Just tried calling Your Choice and surprise, surprise. No response and seemingly constantly engaged phone.

Life insurance Plan. Sam was happy to speak to me and explain all The Facets of the plans available and Furthermore what made the Company different than Any other Company offering Similar Services.
I was not coerced into making any decisions. I felt
Calm and relaxed. I shall be looking at further Services the Company offer.
