I had a sense of pleasantness in conversation, professional and kind mannerisms even over telephone. I forgot the lady name which she mentioned it at the beginning of the call. This company do not realise they are playing with people’s lives. I had a delivery booked for today and have heard nothing from the company and trying to get through to them by telephone is almost impossible unless you want to wait on the phone for hours. I really don’t understand how this company has a license to deliver peoples life saving medication because they have no care for their patients

Call handler Joe was very proficient, but I was on hold for 40+ minutes before I got through. I think that is not acceptable and would have been 5/5 if hold time was <3 minutes.

Great customer Service
Once I got through to a rep I was really impressed . Gemma was attentive , concerned and reassured me that she would do everything she could to resolve my problem ( this was an issue with a prescription not being sent by the hospital ) and would follow up .
True to her word , she contacted me and resolved the issue and would expedite the delivery .
