Nurse spoke clearly and at a pace that was easy for me to follow. He answered questions knowledgeably and clearly in a polite manner. I felt very much at ease with him and he demonstrated the pen infusion very well.

My sons nurse Jaime has been an asset to our family as a whole.She has shown nothing only kindness and understanding throughout her time as our nurse and we are very lucky to have her .My son struggles some weeks with his treatment and Jaime shows patience and care to him always she has been accommodating in changes throughout this year which has helped immensely.
A complete lack of urgency shows contempt towards patients
The service prior to taking arranging deliveries is abysmal.
This is the second successive month whereby my prescription, having been approved by the NHS, has been stuck in the Sciensus system awaiting their approval for 4 days. There is no sense of urgency within Sciensus and hence give the impression that they treat patients with contempt.
The 4 days mentioned included a weekend but Sciensus need to realise that cancer doesn’t stop for weekends. These are days that cancer patients are still required to take their medication and the 4 days taken, thus far, this month moves me 4 days closer to requiring an urgent delivery.
The Sciensus working methods and procedures require a thorough overall!
Excellent overall service
Excellent overall service. Delivery scheduled and I was kept updated. Driver arrived on time explained storage requirements and provided sharps box explaining process of disposal. The nurse visit was scheduled today and she arrived on time. She put me immediately at ease being both friendly and professional. Answered all questions and provided step by step guide to administration while outline possible side effects and where to contact for assistance if required. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire service provided. I now feel confident moving forward that I am in capable hands.
Driver gave me less than 1 minute to…
Driver gave me less than 1 minute to get to door (he had rushed off) and then Less than 1 minute to return his call ( i am severely disabled) Though he took FOUR minutes to answer his phone (and informed me he had made TWO drops in that 4 minutes!) I rest my case! It taken 4 minutes to leave our road within national speed limit and I could see he was no longer in my road? What is going on? IV HAD HUNDREDS OF DELIVERIES FROM SCIENSUS but this one was UNFAIR/UNACCEPTABLE ….I The driver said he done 40 deliveries and even caught in minutes HAVING DROPPED 2 OTHER PLACES WITHIN 4 MINUTES OF MY FAILED DROP, He must (if this is even true, surely each drop must take 2 minutes) he would still be visable surely or “metres” from me???? I then rang the NONhelp line, to be told they have OTHER DELIVERIES to do!, “did I know i was not the only Customer they had to deliver to today”. (She was tone deaf and not interested in my disabilities and how I work hard to get to door quickly for last 100 deliveries, I am feeding back this driver SPED OFF FAST! She would not have it even when i gave her the timings and a “fool can see” the unfairness in what they have just done to me…”her answer “Please have a FANTASTIC weekend” I hope this company record their calls as they need to address the shocking lack of customer service …I will be making an alternative plan to receive deliveries that doesn’t include this RUDE, Fly BY NIGHT! Company, POINT OF NOTE: they ran out of stocks so often of late they are making “MICRO NUMBERS DROPS” It appears stupidity is at all levels of their organisation/ where thier new mantra is 2 minute deliveries: DO THEY KNOW THEY ARE DELIVERING DISABLED MEDS TO DISABLED PEOPLE: “IDIOT SHOW”

I can’t speak highly enough of the Belfast team. I will never forget how their professionalism, kindness, friendliness and care made the toughest chapter of my life much more bearable.
The warmth they demonstrated on each visit and their reassurance as they quelled any niggling worries were things I will always remember.
Their diligence and commitment to their work were always very evident.
I had complete confidence in every team member and I can honestly rate each one of them as 11/10⭐

Delivery on time
Delivery on time, very polite, however I am not sure about the website itself, I amended it to include 20 swabs but they were not in with the injections, so maybe the ammendment side on website is not working correctly?

I always receive a phone call before my drugs are due.
The caller is aways polite and helpful.
asking before finishing if I can receive the injections on the day suggested and can offer an alternative if not.
They always ask if there is anything else they can help me with.
At the end I am given a friendly response "To have a good day"
