I just moved in a week ago and the staff was so friendly and welcoming, the flat was so clean and tidy I would highly recommend the apartments they are furnished and have a great location and everything is new and modern. Huge thank you to livingway Roco building staff.

Moved in to an apartment in Leeds recently and it was very easy. Staff are first class and would highly recommend the apartments.

Newbie arrived Bolton by Mid November! I am from Hong Kong and have no ideas at all about Bolton. I am glad that I can move in with my fur kid. SPOT is just a super convenient location that is just 5min walk to the Queen’s park/ Bolton Market and 10min walking distance to all the other local amenities. I do not have a driving license yet and a convenient & pet-friendly apartment is super important to me. Upon arrival I am grateful to be welcomed by Danny who is very friendly and helpful. He reminds me of the to-do things upon arrival, this is just very important for a newbie who never live in UK. Also, Danny is a very caring person and passionate in helping other tenants. When I bump into him in the apartment he is just always very busy helping others :)

I moved in about a week ago and the experience has been 1st class. I was given a welcome pack on arrival and the flat was clean, tidy and in great condition. Hayley on reception was very welcoming and friendly and even helped me move in my 50 Inc tv. I'm very happy here.

Excellent quality apartments, furnished to a high standard. Brilliant company to rent from, always putting the tenants first and continue to create a community within their properties. Would highly recommend

Danny is an amazing member of staff. So helpful and able to answer any questions you throw at him. Definitely made the move in process easier

I got super good experience with assistance of Daniel who is a very helpful young boy. I can solve my problem quickly with his assistance. As we just immigrant to UK from Hong Kong, there are different practice with my home country. Daniel can provide us super supports on set up about household matter , such as help us to solve connection problem of home wi fi. He also provides quick action to us when we ask some question. This is really good and unexpected.

Daniel is a quick-witted young man. He has a heart to solve the problems encountered by the tenants of the Pasha House, who just moved to the UK shortly. Recently, we got stuck in the home wifi connection and he taught us how to deal with the wifi service provider. At last, we got the promised wifi activation date.

My 1-year stay at Livingway in Bolton was a real pleasure. All staff is super friendly, yet professional, and I thank them all for their support. My special thanks go to Adam, who was a constant support, even when I wasn't in the flat, or he was not in the building. He was a friendly and prompt presence when needed, even on short notice or at odd hours. I couldn't thank him enough!

Recently moved out of the Bolton location. Adam was great and always willing to help with issues in the flat, constantly communicated to all residents when changes were being made, etc. Can’t thank him enough for making my stay a lot more comfortable!

Danny has been extremely friendly and helpful. Which made our move in really smooth.

Just had a property viewing session with Danny, he was very helpful and genuinely tried to answer our questions as best as he could! Would also love to thank the entire team for actually responding to the viewing requests on Rightmove since hardly any other property agencies respond to requests sent at all.
