Any questions were well answered with loads of help, so kind and honest.

Viewing an apartment was never so much fun and enjoyable! Danny did a great job showing me around and highlighting the amenities and advantages of Roco living in Liverpool. Ten stars for Danny!

Our move in was speedy and very informative. Adam was very friendly and even help getting my items to my flat. Our move was perfect.

My experience living at SPOT was amazing. High-fives to Aiden, Danny, Adam and team for all the support and swift response to queries / concerns raised. Everything was topnotch from the friendly customer service, the cook-out events - which really helped with bringing everyone together to have a nice time and network, and then to even the internet speed in my apartment (Lol) I never experienced downtime all through my stay. I could go on ... I have been recommending livingway to friends and family.

Danny came to replace my toilet seat. He was as always very friendly and apologised for it not being done yesterday as originally arranged. He replaced the seat very quickly and checked that I was happy with it. Danny is very friendly and efficient. A true asset to the Company

Adam has been really helpful in getting settled in to pasha. He's made moving in realy easy and helped us out with the moving in proces.

I have been a resident with living way for over a year now. Living way always try and help as best as they can. I was locked out of my flat this morning because I left my keys at my friends house in Manchester on a night out. My flat mate was away with family. I messaged Adam and he replied straight away and came to let me into the flat. I was so grateful as I had work and had to get ready. Adam has always been very helpful for me and my flat mate

I feel so fortunate to have lived in George house. It was a haven of peace and tranquility, with everything I needed to live comfortably and happily. The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience was simply wonderful. I will always cherish my time there. I'm grateful for the time I spent there.

As first time renters, me and my partner can't fault the team at LivingWay!

We collected our keys at the end of January and even though we didn't have the stereotypical "picking up keys" kind of scenario, Danny handled everything in that moment and after, so well. Leo and Aidan spoke to us both personally about it and we knew from the get go that we were going to always feel looked after.

No matter what the issue, nothing is a problem when it comes to these guys. Leo is always on hand to answer any questions and Adam is fantastic and is happy to fix even the smallest of issues and always does a great job. The whole team are super friendly and communication is spot on. We love our little home and can't thank you guys enough!

Good service, great apartments, friendly and helpful staff, fair prices. After 1 year stay there is not much to complain really. We need more apartment buildijgs like this.

great help from all staff , sorry dont know the big lads name with the beard but he was a great help moving in and no bother for him to show me 5 of the rooms , leo also great made it a quick move i was in within a week great location , rooms are great !!

Moved in Rufus in December 2022, very helpful staff and lovely flat, specially thanks to Cody and Hayley for their help moving in and getting things sorted!
