Terrible company
I would like to warn others about a company that I believe engages in deceptive business practices. The company, from which I purchased 'you are enough' gear, has a history of surprise charges and poor product quality. My order of three shirts, two hoodies, and one t-shirt were not true to size, and I was automatically subscribed to a monthly app subscription without my consent. When I tried to cancel the subscription and request a refund, the company refused and offered a credit instead of a refund. However, the credit system seemed to be flawed, and I encountered difficulties when trying to use it. Potential customers should be aware of these issues. I have documentation of issues!!!

Absolutely fuming £13 has been taken from my bank which I have NOT agreed to.How dare you STEAL money from me a 82 year old pensioner.I ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter and I wish now I hadn’t as I have still to receive it.I am contacting my bank to cancel this money and any future payments and if anymore payments are taken I will be contacting the police as it’s happened and is happening to others so needs sorting ASAP.I didn’t tick any boxes or sign up to donate any money whatsoever June Haldenby UPDATE Recieved a email not long after this was published stating they are cancelling all payments and I have no need to contact anyone about this

looks like the app subscription signup needs to be reviewed by the business. I also bought some hoodies and the app subscription app was offer for the 7 day free trial. There is not a way to cancel the subscription as it gives you an error message so you just cannot cancel at all. I am on my second month trying to cancel this subscription I never wanted. That is utterly disgusting, specially from a business that claim to want to help people. I have lost £24 already and I am really unsatisfied with this company. Please rectify this and refund my money.
Update on the review: After posting here on Trustpilot I got contacted by them and they did reimburse me the money from the app. Still leaving a 2 star review for the amount of work needed to get the refund.

Utterly disappointed. Don’t buy!
To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.
The hoodies are made out of exceptional thin material, the drawstring is thin, the cuff on one arm of each of the items has been sewn on twisted so it can not be straightened out.
Sadly these products are not fit for purpose, which is disappointing as I was looking forward to supporting such a great cause. But now I can’t wear these items.

Whilst I appreciate the sentiment behind the marketing and manufacturing of this product, I feel rather disappointed and misled. Firstly, the reviews on their own website are clearly fake, handpicked or manufactured reviews. There is actually no option to leave a review yourself. The reviews they show state that the products are of good quality and lovely fabric but this is far from true . I should have known better. I rarely buy products manufactured abroad anymore because the fabric is always cheap, uncomfortable and often with an unpleasant smell. These were no different. But the price tag was not cheap. I attempted for many days to initiate a return but every time I was met with emails which obstructed process. Offering me 50% discount if I purchased further items rather than being able to return the original ones. Eventually I was told I would have to return them to the originating country at my own cost. In hindsight it would be cheaper to buy a quality sweatshirt and have the same wording printed on it yourself. The end result would be the same but at least you would be wearing a comfortable product. This is just another company profiteering peoples vulnerabilities and not offering a good service

Suffering from long term mental health issues myself, I thought about ordering the t-shirt, which I thought could help me as much as others. However, on clicking the link to the website, my Norton red warning came up stating fraudulent website, so I am not going to be ordering. I wouldn’t have given any stars but this is not possible to do! PLEASE do not enter into any purchases with this cowboy company! I purchased a hoody in December last year, the offer was to get a free t-shirt, this never arrived. The cheap quality hoody did, when I questioned the t-shirt I was told it wasn’t on this particular offer! I let that go! However, since December it has come to my attention that £13 is being taken out of my account every month! I did NOT authorise this at any point! This company is an absolute con and it’s a shame that they’re jumping on the back of the reputable firms and using their meaningful quotes to just to make money from their customers good intentions! I have contacted them demanding my money back and the bank has stopped any further withdrawals! Hopefully between me and my bank I will get my money
back from these deceitful people!
