Lisa Eldridge products are top quality. Not only are her products amazing but customer service is fantastic. I had difficulty finding my perfect shade for both foundation and skin tint. On Lisa's website, she offers an option to speak with one of her experts. That's just what I did. They were quick to respond and happy to assist.

How is it possible to be even more amazed at how the wonderful people who work at Lisa Eldridge can outdo themselves each time you get in touch? 😍 I contacted them to ask about the status of my order because (my bad) I placed it during the weekend, and it showed no progress. The lovely Philippa helped me immediately! 🥹 She had my order shipped within minutes while securing me express shipping without extra charges or fees! I know I may sound redundant, but I do not think there is a better way to describe it: this is THE BEST Customer Service ever! ❤️

I am so blown away with the customer service with Lisa's team. I have purchased products from LE here and there throughout the years and each product has had such a wonderful user experience. I just purchased my concealer and my corrected shade was a bit too light for me. After sending in pictures of myself; which I now realize I should have done before, Lisa's time took the time to color match me and give me options oh how to get a replacement. In this day and age where life is expensive and beauty product launches are happening everyday, it's so nice to know the care and concern that goes into the customer service experience so that all of Lisa's customer's end up with a product that truly works for them. Btw, I am completely blown away with the product and I have never had a concealer perform better on me than this one does. My under eyes are my biggest insecurity and I love how this performs. I'm no longer worried about being too close to my face and seeing creases under my eyes.

Lisa eldridge has the best complexion and lip products on the market in my opinion.
I can't say enough nice things about Lisa's customer service team. One of my products broke when I tried it for the 1st time. They were very understanding to send another one and also took into consideration my concern that the shade might be off. They shade matched me with pictures and sent the one product in another shade that match me very well!

Replaced all of my old make up with LE. So I spent quite a bit of money. Products suit my skin and eyes. Had a small problem with a lipstick and the customer service team were brilliant and sent me a new lipstick

I've been using Lisa's makeup since the day she launched her first lipstick and am an OG fan. Shipping has always been fast but the customer service is exceptional. An item arrived damaged in shipping and Bettina immediately made it right and was so lovely to work with. Mahalo, Bettina!

Lisa’s team was so helpful with my order. They responded promptly on a weekend and refunded a shade that didn’t work for me and requested I gift it to a family member or donate it in place of sending it back.

I can’t believe it’s been over 15 years since I started watching Lisa’s YouTube videos. I still remember how excited I was when she launched her first lipsticks. Since then I’ve tried almost every product and have been so happy with everything.

I emailed Lisa Eldridge customer service and had the most loveliest reply back from an advisor called Abi. She made me feel really special and it made my day.

I had gone to a Space Nk shop last week and the make up assistants there didn't help at all and I came away feeling disappointed but reading Abi's reply concerning a shade match I had enquired about was just the nicest thing and it just shows how important it is to care and give good customer service. Please pass on my comments to Abi's manager.

I have never experienced any service quite like team Eldridge! I wrote to them on a Friday evening (with a situation I had with choosing a shade), expecting to wait until Monday for a reply, but no, Saturday morning I got a full report on how to proceed. This is not the first time they have come to my rescue and they are always warm, helpful, and generous. In my experience they will always work with you and for you. I haven't even mentioned how exceptional Lisa's products are! Even if all the products don't work for you, we are all different, you have to admit the formulations are unique:)

Had a query regarding an order placed as a gift for my wife. Philippa from Lisa Eldridge was helpful and polite. Excellent customer service.

I ordered a product online with next day delivery. The delivery didn’t arrive, so late in the day I contacted customer services. They got back to me very quickly and refunded my delivery cost and promised to chase it up with DPD.
My lipstick arrived the next day and it’s lovely. The customer service team are brilliant.

I absolutely love the new Luminist Concealer! My undereye area usually look dry at the end of the day and I've tried a lot of concealers. This is by far the best I've used. No creasing either!

I emailed the customer service team to ask for a shade match for the new Luminist concealer - after sending a few selfies on email I was matched to shade 17 by Aaliyah. I then happened to go to Liberty and got matched in person to.. shade 17! What an excellent team Lisa has. Aaliyah was kind, helpful and really supportive on email and she definitely knows her shade matches! Lisa’s customer service is unmatched - a big thank you for always being so helpful.
