The website looks great and items on sale look high quality. But don't be fooled like me, when I received the dress it was screwed up in a small bag and therefore badly creased. The dress itself looks cheap and nasty and not what I expected. I will be chasing for a full refund.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Absolute shocker of a company, who are not actually in London! Poor quality clothes, sent wrong size, told it would cost me £15-£20 to return it! And also said I’d be better off selling on Vinted!!!!

When I asked to return a poor quality item, I received this reply.

On what I can actually do. £4.00 back on your card, with the CAMILA staying with you — paid within a few working days, nothing for you to package or post.

On a returns label at our cost: we don't issue one. Not for you specifically and not for anyone — there's no such system here, so it isn't a decision being made about your order. I'd rather tell you that plainly than let you wait for something that isn't coming.

The return itself is open to you and here's what it involves. You post it tracked, which is £15 to £20, with a customs declaration. Then roughly five weeks before it arrives and is checked in, and the full £39.95 is released — so early October. You'd get the whole £39.95 back, and you'd have spent £15 to £20 of your own getting it there.

Side by side: £4.00 this week and nothing to do, or around £22 net in October with a trip to the post office and a customs form.

And an unworn asymmetrical dress in a 2XL isn't worthless to you either — that's the part of the resale market that's short of stock, and it moves.
If you'd still rather send it back, tell me and I'll set it up for you.

The delivery was long, the product was cheap, poorly made, sizing was dreadful, ordered medium, top massive, shorts tiny! would not recommend and will never order from them again! Waste of money

Very very bad ,please do not order from this company ,they talk to you like you are stupid ,l ordered a dress XL they sent S why would I order small l am a size 16 tried to blame me ,the work was disgusting like a child had sewn it ,it was inside a screw up bag like it was from a total stranger who didn't care ,what sort of company would do that,l ask for a return and they made out it would cost to much to send back ,so offered £7.99 wow there mistake and there messed up clothing terrible , the item was £ 39.99 ongoing problem still not resolved.Please stay away from this company seriously. DO NOT BUY - TOTAL SCAM. The quality of dress was horrendous, the worst quality ever seen. The opposite of their claims on advert. Their guaranteed 30 day return is a similar scam. They offered by £5 to keep it, as returning it would cost me £18, and if any payment made it wouldn't be for another 2 months. Have reported to ASA and Trading Standards as in breach of Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Update. Useful advice from Citizens Advice, have emailed to advise taking them to court.

Like others I would give a 0 rating if I could. Purports to be a uk based company which it is NOT. DO NOT BUY. absolute rubbish. No labels. Poor quality and nothing like the photos.

Bought some “New Balance” mocha trainers. They did arrive but were nothing like the photo on the website, cheaply made, clear fakes with loose threads. I then got in touch with the company who got back to me straight away, offering me a 50% refund and keep the item, or full refund but I have to pay to send the trainers to France. I opted for 50% and was told I would get this in 7-10 working days. I’ve never had my refund and now I am being ignored. Total scam company, website has disappeared and now clearly operating under a different name as I’m still seeing the ads on TikTok! Do not use

I ordered a pair of trainers. No reply from customer service. Haven’t turned up and website now doesn’t exist???

Company is ignoring me after I’ve demanded the order be cancelled and a full issue refunded, including postage costs, due to their numerous poor reviews and FRAUDULENT lies on their website that there is 24/7 customer service- which there is NOT. I have reported the company to the Goverment for money laundering and fraudulent activity and I will pursue legal action if my order (number H4468) is not cancelled and immediately refunded in FULL to my original payment method.

Ordered “new balance” trainers over a month ago, (which i still HAVEN'T received) when they were called ‘HERA’ which there is already a well known clothing brand with that name?? i tried to contact them a few times and the email they provide doesn’t exist. a couple weeks passed i tried to track my order and the website is no where to be be seen, i knew something wasn’t right. i have looked high and low to see what it was renamed to and then i finally found it and it’s changed to ‘Liora’. i have then tried to track my order and it does not exist. i found these trainers advertised on tiktok, i knew it was too good to be true and i have since heard awful reviews on their “products” and the so called company. AVOID!!!!!

I should have trusted my gut to know that the two dresses I bought would be disasters from this company. DO NOT buy anything from this company. All of the other one-star reviews are accurate. I paid for two dresses, but neither of them resembled the images they provided. The dresses were poorly made, with thin fabric, subpar construction, and an awful fit, making them an embarrassment to the fashion industry.

BUYER BEWARE:

The “Hassle-Free” return statement is a LIE.

They will only offer you a 30%-50% at best even with tags in perfect condition, and will lie to you and say it’s “because it’s a special promotional price” even if it’s only a $1 difference between what you paid and the usual listed price.

This is a very bad way to do business and I predict they will be out of business in two years if they continue their fukakta business practices.

I’m usually not wrong about these things.

The dress does not fit me so now I have to try and sell it on EBay or Poshmark. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I purchased two dresses during a promo. They were around $80. I ordered a small, because I normally wear a size 4. It took a really long time for them to arrive, but I kind of expected that… Once they did, the fabric was very flimsy and they seemed extremely vanity sized. They were huge on me! Admittedly, I did not read the return policy before I made my purchase, which is why I’m writing this review. Read the return policy! They were kind enough to give me 30% of my purchase price back, but they are not accepting physical returns at this time. I would not purchase again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I placed an order with this company on the 22/12/2024 and have still not received my items. I have reached out and received an apology email and advised my items would be sent but still nothing. After months of waiting I finally got fed up and asked for a refund as it was clear my items weren’t going to arrive and they again advised I would receive this but once again nothing. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update as to when I will receive my refund with no reply. Absolute joke of a company they are only out to scam you. DO NOT purchase items from them as they will take your money and provide you with nothing!! I have all emails as proof.

Deserves a zero star. Worst company ever. Messed up orders. Did not receive my parcel since December. Gave false promises and now magically the address and website cannot be found. Disgraceful
