Offer Gurpreet the project to fit a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, stairs, underfloor heating and wooden flooring. Terrible craftsmanship - exposed silicon, chipped tiles, patchy jobs everywhere, not to mention the brand new flooring, kitchen cabinets and fridge were damaged during the installation. The worksite was very messy and unorganised, they had a lot of trouble finding the materials and we had to buy more in order to not hold up the progress, but ended up with a lot of leftover flooring, paints and tiles. The project took about triple the time they originally quoted us, as for many weeks they only showed up 1 day to work. It was also impossible to have any discussion about the work with Indergit the lead contractor as he doesn't speak much English. Issues were not raised by him & his team in time or at all, demands we made were ignored or not met, all of these caused a lot of delays and additional work later on. I regret using Linx design & build. It was an extremely frustrating experience and I would avoid Linx at all cost.

Linx design and build have done a number of jobs for me and I have never had a problem they are the most helpful and professional company I have used in a very long time I highly recommend them for any building works you need done

I used Linx in 2017 for my kitchen and bathroom and recently needed a loft extension to add more rooms for guests , created more space then I thought I could get out of myshoddy loft, the guys are great keep me up to date on how quick things can be done , have defo made a life long customer out of me whennit comes to house works .

made up reviews and profile - they are in their mid 20s and claim to be in business since 80s and 90s - didnt know time travel was a thing! , 'have a go' cowboys who demand money up front, compulsive liars and incompetent. Not qualified or certified in any of the works, when they are asked to do something they say its meant to be like this and look you in the eye and lie. Cost me more to repair the mess they left me. Devastating. Left my bathroom and toilet covered in more urine than a port-a-loo every evening. I asked them to use masking tape which they weren't to protect my kitchen which they destroyed, dangerous, unsafe, careless and incompetent. Avoid like the plague. taking ME to court to get extra money out of me for things they didnt do, took money for things they didnt even complete already which they owe me. Building control failed the roof and dangerous flue fitting. They forgot to render the wall on the partition wall which has been a right headache to rectify. Rendering done was so poor the rain washed it all off and had to be done again. Damaged my sash window and filled it in with plaster rather than woodfiller. crumbling screed which I needed to have latexed over, radiator pipes in the floor crossing electrics in the floor. failed electricity test and had to be redone. No scratch coat or plasterboards. No drainage and no guttering. broke my existing guttering, emptied out render in my outside drain which blocked it and flooded by garden. also snooped in my bedroom and then lied until I showed proof, then lied to say my cat ran out which is untrue. she never moves and hated them and any noise. also stalked on social media. some days turn up for a couple of hours and then run off. and make excuses. wrong and cheap materials bought and used. Patio doors were so bad they had to be replaced. They said they cost 2k but then couldn't prove it. told me to wait the next day for an invoice and they weren't given one on purchase! which was a lie and then ended up with having to supply new doors and then said we never spend 1600 on doors! work that one out. Cant measure or calculate materials or room sizes. cost me a lot of time and money over Christmas. Everything is delayed including my immunotherapy. When they knew how important it was for me to get my home in one piece. Conniving corner cutting cowboys.

This is a real review unlike the others which have no specificity. The language used matches the texts that I initially received so I assume they are made up to get people to trust them. Please dont. They are not registered with any reputable body. and all the reviews on every site are their own personal claims. greedy and fraudulent.

Great work carried out by these guys on my shed. Highly recommended.

Linx Design And Build did a spectacular job of my living room, kitchen and bathroom extention, Gurpreet was very reliable and helpful. He beat everybody else's quotes and saved me a good few bob on my extentions. The whole team are precise and did exactly what they said without any hassle. Grade A materials were used and they finished my rooms with a grade A finish. I will definitely be using Linx again.
