We were charged £75 to change the limo by just 1 hour (with 40+ days notice for the event), on top of what was already an expensive event this seems like a substantial penalty fee for 2 minutes with of admin. The limo company tried to tell us this was because they had to source another limo afterwards, however we were clearly told on the phone this was for 'paperwork' involved at the time. I have since read their trust pilot reviews and these extortionate charges seem to be a common theme.

We also did not sign the terms and conditions until we had booked a 16 person Limo (mid Jan) - and they keep trying to say there were multiple changes when there was not. There was only 1 change which was the time. We would understand perhaps a £10 charge for this, but £75 is crazy (they are paying themselves like lawyers).

The manner in which this was dealt with was really unprofessional, as are the comments being left to cover their tracks - and claim there were multiple changes when there was not. The man on the phone also told us we still had to leave a good review. This is not an honest way to do business.

The only good thing was that our driver on the day was really great - which is why we have not given a 1 star review.

Got us to our destination on time. Driver was very polite, refreshments were given as mentioned during booking. No issues. Kids enjoyed themselves.

Absolutely brilliant service from the office staff, Rachel and David. The limo was amazing and our daughter loved it for her 21st. The driver was lovely too! Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience booking with the lovely Rachel she went over and above recommending restaurants and venues we could visit in London. We booked a limo for my daughters 30th birthday and we all had the most enjoyable time. Our driver Feme was an absolute gentleman. We would definitely use you guys again

We hired a beautiful Chrysler Baby Bentley for our 40th wedding anniversary as a surprise to take the family to the airport and from start to finish the service has been fantastic. Our driver was courteous and pleasant and so were the team in the office. I would like to say thank you and would happily recommend you.

Please avoid this company. I wish I’d read the reviews. They were sweetness and light while they were taking my money, then got a bit more impatient when I hadn’t signed the terms. Now I know why. They need the terms signed so they can throw them at you. I’d booked for my 11 year old son’s birthday and asked for the pick up to be moved by 30-60 mins because he had a last minute hockey match. Rather than accommodating such a small delay, I got chat back from the young guy on the phone about how they ‘weren’t a taxi a service’ and ‘school sports teams are arranged a year in advance’. I had to laugh at this last one. Anyway they offered a replacement vehicle but said the only one that could arrive 30 minutes later and take my son and four friends on their 20 (TWENTY) minute journey to his party would be a 16 seater costing £600+ Obviously I said no. But even to not have the limo we’d originally booked AT ALL was going to incur an extra payment on top of my £195 deposit of £75! They threatened bailiffs and everything. So I paid £270 for no limo and day of harassment by phone text and email. They are a bunch of cowboys and I’d avoid them like the plague.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to David and Rachel for taking care of the arrangements for my Mum's surprise 80th birthday, from telephone calls and emails, everything went to plan and she was extremely surprised. Also a massive thank you to Devon her driver, he was lovely and patient and always had a smile on his face. Once again a massive thank you, I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. Brilliant service from Rachel and the team. The Limo was for my Son's wedding and it was a great "Roller".
Dave, the driver was excellent and really made the trip fun for us and my 5 year old Grandson.
I would definitely use Limotek again.

I was pleased with the service we received from Rachel for my daughters prom. She knew exactly what I wanted and how important the day was to the girls. Whenever I had a query she was on hand to answer, patient and friendly throughout the whole process. If there were any issues she was on hand to get these resolved satisfactorily. Thank you Rachel.

Fantastic company. We hired a limo for my son's prom on Friday. The whole experience was outstanding and so professional. We dealt with a lady called Rachel who was so friendly and helpful and the communication from start to finish was outstanding. The limo on the night turned up on time and the driver was really professional and friendly and nothing was too much. Thank you so much for making our sons prom perfect. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and we will using them again.

Jack the driver was lovely and couldn’t do enough.. definitely recommend this service.

Please listen to the previous reviews regarding the shockingly bad service from this company - first of all we paid £30 more than we were originally quoted and after being promised bubbly & soft drinks, the limo arrived with nothing..

On top of that we had paid for limo hire lasting an hour and only received 40 minutes of that time, the driver was so uptight and killed the vibe, all round bad service and unhelpful customer service team.

Would not recommend.

I am so disappointed in what should have been an exciting birthday treat. We booked a party bus to take us to Alton Towers. It was a very old bus which was tired and seen better days mechanically as well as in furnishings. The bus kept cutting out, the driver was lovely but just not capable of driving the bus, it stalled 5 times just trying to drive out of the car park. It wasn’t able to go up a hill without breaking down, constantly juddering which meant as passengers we were being thrown across the bus which was very dangerous.
I called Limotek in the morning at 8am before we left as I was upset to see the state of the bus. I called on the emergency number no one answered and they returned my call at 11am, they passed the buck to the company they have outsourced the hire to and they have a clause in the terms so be careful. All I have been told is complain to them and they have 21 days to respond, no apology, no recognition of the fact I trusted them as a business. The clause in the terms means that you book with them and If anything goes wrong they wipe their hands. I could not be more upset, frustrated and surprised that there are still companies that just don’t care about the customers or their safety.
If you are wanting a company that cares about your experience, ensures you get what you ordered and provides any service stay away from Limotek. I have tried on several occasions to discuss with David how I feel but he is unfortuntately very defensive and angry, he talks over me and is not interested in even apologising, sorry goes a long way. Rachel and David before the issues on the day were actually relaly lovely and helpful, this changed when there was a problem. Sadly they simply just don't care.

Spoke with the team at Limotek last week to find a nice limo for the gf's birthday the other day. Both David and Rachel were SO helpful and managed to get me a blinder of a deal. Seamless experience from start to finish. Limo turned up early and was really nicely decked out for the evening. Great job - will totally reccomend these guys to anyone looking to hire a limo for that special occasion!!

One star still feels to generous.

We tried to move. NOT cancel a booking.Admittedly it was last minute due to circumstances out of our control. All Covid related and as the group work for the NHS we couldn’t risk not isolating and spreading onto other members of staff who remain at the forefront of care. But this company were not very understanding and would not move the booking to an alternative date without charging an admin fee of an extra £175.
What a shame that some of agreement couldn’t have been made and maybe met each other halfway…..

Enjoy the money taken and not having to work for it. What a luxury for you! One that none of us have had over the last few years.

What happened to the days of clapping for the NHS and appreciating them for all their help during covid!!! Unfortunately our 1st day out since covid hitting had to be cancelled due to a large number of staff coming down with it and having to isolate (as we who work within the NHS still have to follow the isolation rules as we cannot put patients at risk) the venue where our day was being held were amazing and happily moved our event. This company however... customer service is shocking! Did not care, just wanted more money to move our booking. Unfortunately we didn't know last week that staff would get covid so couldn't have let them know 🙄 I'm sure they could have been more considerate and accommdating if they wanted to be but clearly they just do not care once they have your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

What an absolute joke of a company!!!

The most unhelpful and least understanding staff I have had the misfortune of speaking to. I would NOT recommend booking with this company.

We booked them for a surprise 50th for a colleague, who has worked for the NHS for the last 20+ years.

We have had so much to put up with the past couple off years, not saying nobody else has but it’s been extremely difficult for us! This is the first work event we’ve been able to arrange and this company to put it bluntly couldn’t give a s**t!!!!

All they want is your money! Once they have this they couldn’t care about any issues you’re dealing with!

Unfortunately we still have to follow all previous guidelines and had numerous staff test positive for COVID so we have had to cancel our day out on Saturday.
The company we are going to for our day out couldn’t of been more understanding! Hassle free moved our booking at not extra cost!! Excellent customer service….

This firm is unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a limo booked for this weekend and due to illness we are unable to go. Given the circumstances and living through and with a pandemic you would want to think they would like to keep their staff and customers safe but they don’t care. They wouldn’t let us move the booking without further cost at a push you could swallow maybe 50 to change but to expect us to pay a further 175 pound is unrealistic. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They are a shameful business!!!

Disgraceful company- if I could have given less stars I would have. We booked a limo for a 50th birthday party of a hard working NHS health care professional.

Unfortunately 4 members of the party contracted covid 2 days prior to the birthday, so we had to ask to postpone at the last minute.

Unfortunate, but such is these times.

Limotek wanted £175 to move the booking or we stood to lose all our money (we had already in full).

Rachel couldn’t justify the need for the money aside from “putting up the driver in a hotel”.

She made no acknowledgment of the position this put us all in and quite frankly, if we treated people like this in the NHS we’d all be sacked.

She also had the audacity to say if we’d told her a week before, she could have cancelled, however, none of us have access to a crystal ball.

Thanks for nothing. Oh and by the way, the party venue we were going to couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding and moving our booking without charge. This is how customer service should be run.
