Excellent service . On time , clean car and great customer handling skills

We were a party of six for a hen night-2 of our guest were running late but the driver was so helpful and friendly. He went beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend.

The company deserves every star I ticked specially our driver, Jay.

Refuses to take booking from a group just because they are all male. Imagine they refused any other "group". Its ok to be bigoted against certain groups though.

Let me be clear when I say this. I didnt speak to ANYBODY on the phone. So the company saying I swore or threatened anyone is absolutely ridiculous. But yes you can lie to try to protect your rep. Horrible company. I cant stress enough. Absolute scumbag company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I would give them '0' stars if I could. Do NOT use this company they are horrendous!! I paid a lot of money to hire a limo for my son's prom. Firstly, it was 15 minutes late, which was not too bad, I understand you cannot help traffic at times. I did request that they still get their full hour cruise time that was paid for, this DID NOT happen. They were taken directly to the hotel, which was only 25 minutes away from our home. The boys were so disappointed. I wanted a partial refund and even though there was a contract that stated a 1 hour cruise time and I have proof that they only had 25 minutes cruise time, they are not interested in refunding any money and are blatantly lying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I recently used this service for a party bus to drive us to an event. The party bus had holes in the seats, lights hanging down from the ceiling, and the glasses were filthy. On top of turning 30 minutes late, the driver spent a lot of the trip on his phone and nearly crashed.
I contacted Exclusive hire, and showed them pictures of the bus, they denied everything and said they don't want anything to do with it and my contract voids them from having to take any responsibility.

Definitely recommend. Had an Audi limo for daughters 9th birthday and driver went above and beyond. Stood with umbrella for them all , pored their drinks and was very patient with directions whilst driving.
The limo itself was pristine clean..brilliant sound system which was easy for even the kids to use. One very happy customer here 👍🏽

Would give zero if I could!!!!😡 SHOCKING!🤬 DO NOT BOOK!!! 2 weeks ago this company rang to say their limo had broken down and could not take myself, my sister in law the BRIDE TO BE!! And her bridal party to her wedding, after finally getting a response the day before the wedding to sort something as promised by this company a settlement was agreed that payment would be sorted and emails and calls were exchanged in front of multiple members that were attending this wedding by the groom and this company. However as bridesmaid I anxiously stood by the window from 12:15 wondering where the limo was whilst the bride got ready I became more concerned. We decided to give time as there may be issues and it would be running a bit late. As time went on the limo did not show!!! We waited a little longer, by this point we were already late for the wedding having meant to have left 20-30 minutes prior. After a member of the bridal company rang this company they told us a limo wasn’t coming. This was so upsetting for all involved, the groom was waiting along with all the guests at the venue whilst the bride and bridal party hadn’t even left to get there, leaving us having to drive, luckily we had a mode of transport to get us there or the bride couldn’t have attended her own wedding! This delayed every part of the wedding for the rest of the day and gave a very distressing start to what was meant to be the best day of the bride and grooms life! Luckily for us we managed to get there but no thanks to this company who left us late and almost stranded from the wedding! No apologies, sympathy or care from the company when contacted. Would never recommend to anyone!!!!😡😡😡

Terrible!!!!!!😡 Don't book with these people - first the limo broke down 3 days before, then the replacement was going to cost extra, then the Bride and Groom had to chase the company the day before to confirm things and eventually be told the boss would pay the extra, for no limo to turn up on the day of the wedding and for the rude person on the phone to say "we've been waiting hours for you to confirm everything". This made the start of my sister's wedding day unnecessarily stressful, making us late for the ceremony and having to travel in our own cars. Shocking service.

AVOID! I would never recommend exclusive hire to anyone!! I booked them for my wedding which was a few weeks ago, to take me and my bride tribe. 2 days before they rang to say there was a problem as the limo I had booked had broken down, so they were going to source another one. I understood this could not be helped so waited for them to call back to make alternative arrangements. A DAY before the wedding they finally called back in the afternoon to tell me they’d managed to sort one but it would be coming from elsewhere, so we would have to pay more money. Fortunately my husband refused to pay any more money as the fact our limo broke down was not our fault. After the guy my husband spoke to on the phone spoke to his manager, he agreed we could pay the same price and was told to send an email back to them to say we agreed to this, which we did!
Morning of the wedding, it reached 12.30 when the limo was meant to arrive, no limo. It creeped closer to 1pm and still no sign of the limo, bare in mind I should of been on my way to the venue to get married. It got to 1pm and one of my bridal crew rang the limo company to find out where they were as they were very late. We were then told ‘No limo is on its way to you. We were waiting for you to confirm you wanted us!’
As you can imagine we were very angry and stressed as we had no transport and had already sent them a large deposit and signed paperwork to say we wanted their limo.
This left me as a very anxious bride and my husband to be and the guests, anxious where I was! We ended up being over 30 minutes late to our wedding after my dad and a friend had to take us!
To let a bride down like this on her big day proves you should AVOID this company at all cost!!!
After waiting a few weeks, we finally have our money back!
No apology and no compensation for what they had done.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Booked a Limo for my best friends 60th birthday for 8 of us as an actual birthday present.
Received a call the night before saying the limo was not coming at the agreed time but could come 2 hours later.

This ruin the whole event!!

We booked dinner at a set time for family travelling from abroad to see the birthday girl.

We all ended up getting the train!

No apology
Nothing offered to make the situation better.

I was just told there is nothing we can do the limo is not coming!

Avoid this awful, unprofessional company at all costs.

Hired a hummer for our sons class leaving primary school. The guy on the phone was helpful and polite and courteous. The car that turned up wasn’t the the one we were told to expect but it was a hummer and the kids didn’t notice and enjoyed it no end, the driver was a friendly and helpful chap. All in all a pleasurable experience I would definitely recommend them

This company is a joke. Cancelled my daughters prom car with less than 24 hours before prom. Disgusting! Nothing wrong with the car just he had been offered more than the £600 we paid for the hour 😡 four girls with no prom car, how can you treat people like that!

Only rating this a 1 as I can’t give 0 stars. This company cancelled my daughters prom car less than 24 hours before offering a rolls Royce which she hated and didn’t want absolute shambles poor customer service, rude. My daughter was told if she didn’t like the car then don’t get in it and I have the message screen shots of her conversation so rude

It was our daughter’s Yr 13 end of year Prom and this company certainly didn’t disappoint. From the outset, giving very little notice, we were offered a Rolls Royce Phantom and we had excellent service. One of our passengers was unfortunately running a little late in getting to our house but the driver was extremely accommodating and polite. Would definitely use again and recommend. The only thing the girls didn’t get offered was the water but that didn’t detract from the wonderful experience they had, arriving in style. Thank you everyone involved!

Hired a limo for a prom, unfortunately there was a problem the night before. Rather than let us down and leave the boys without transport, the company offered us two alternative cars. The boys were more than happy with their Rolls Royce and BMW transport and thanks to the drivers for driving the around to friends houses.
