Amazing company to hire from, we had a budget that they worked with to help us to book a sports car that out son wanted for prom, they kept in contact and tonight they arrived not rushing us and letting us get pictures before taking our son giving him the most amazing experience in the car, he loved it that much when he got out of the car at his prom he had a massive smile on his face, would definitely recommend this hire company for any special events and we will definitely be using to book again

Perfect celebration and great Service and planning
Jay was amazing from start, middle and end, very helpful and attentive and was able to accommodate for our party and arranging a Hummer; which the heart was set on.

didnt get what ordered
From the moment I made the booking, something felt off, and just two hours before the collection time, I received a call informing me that the Hummer wasn't available. They offered me a choice between a "boogie bus" or an Audi limo. I chose the limo as it was the better option under the circumstances. Nevertheless, Simon, the driver, was outstanding; he took numerous photos and recommended the best bars when we I would advise using a different company if you have a specific vehicle in mind and this is a third party who double the cost try and got direct to owner/driver .

I had booked twice for 2 special occasions, they phoned to say there was a problem with the vehicle 2 days before having it booked for 8 months, they charged us £80 more.. Then the same vehicle showed up on the 2nd Journey, and we broke down on the return journey! customer service and commination shocking.. AVOID !!

Firstly, I apologize for the initial issue with the limo booking and the subsequent need for a replacement vehicle, which resulted in an additional charge of £80. As you are aware, we informed you of the change, and you agreed to this and signed the contract.
Regarding the second booking, we understand the incident during your return journey was particularly distressing. The vehicle's mechanical issues were unacceptable. A replacement mini bus was provided, and the driver refunded £100.00, which you accepted.
However, as you accepted the terms of the booking, we are unable to offer any further refund.
Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill and to make amends for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer you a discount on your next booking with us. We hope this can go some way towards restoring your trust in our services.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your patience and understanding. If there is anything further we can do to address this situation, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Car was lovely. It turned up slightly late due to traffic, however driver texted on the way to make me aware. Communication a bit hit and miss throughout the process but we got there in the end. Was a lovely car for a prom.

Amazing service. And highly recommended. Used for my sons prom. Process was easy, wide range of limos to choose from and they were all very helpful.

Not really good service from the lady driver
Had a wedding event on Saturday, 6th July 2024. Hired two limos for groomsmen and bridesmaids.
Unfortunately the lady driver was very unprofessional she kept repeatedly asking all bridesmaids including invited guests for payment. She did not offer them bubbly as had been promised and she drove like a lunatic.
The Groomsmen driver on the other hand was good and treated his passengers with utmost care.

We strive to ensure timely service, but unforeseen factors such as traffic can occasionally impact our schedules. Nevertheless, we aim to mitigate these risks as much as possible.
We supplied the Rolls-Royce Cullinan for your event, a vehicle worth £350,000, ensuring a luxurious experience. We would like to know if you were not happy with the vehicle or if it did not meet your expectations. Did we not provide the vehicle you requested?
Additionally, we offered an extra 15 minutes to compensate for the delay. It's also worth noting that you changed the time and address at the last minute, which we accommodated without any additional charges, as per our commitment to flexibility and customer satisfaction.
