Very responsive throughout the entire process and always happy to adjust the design to meet your preferences. I had submitted a photo that perhaps wasn’t suited for an oil canvas and the team were more than happy to try to adjust and swap for an alternative photo until I was happy with the edit.
I am happy with the final version they’ve sent me and would recommend using Lime and Lou.

BEWARE of Custom Oil Painting Canvas
Just ordered a Custom Oil Painting Canvas, and the artwork arrived. It was just a Canvas no Oil Painting. Very misleading product. The description says "Featuring rich brushstroke textures and a timeless oil painting effect" There no brush strokes or oil painting effect. The family portrait was altered on a computer and printed on a canvas - Quit calling it Custom Oil Painting Canvas!

Fantastic design team
Fantastic design team! I purchased the canvas & a blanket but was uncertain if the pictures I wanted to use would work. I didn’t realize I had to check a 24 hour preview-box during my purchase in order to view the designs first. I emailed L&L and they responded right away to let me know it was no problem. I quickly received previews, made minor tweaks & I am super excited with the results! Great company to work with!

Poor Communication
While the slipmat product is nice, I was a little disappointed that some of the font was too faint to be seen well. After reviewing my pictures, they have agreed to re-make it with darker font which is very kind, but the communication has been very slow and disorganized which is somewhat disappointing. It has been about 3 weeks already since I received it. Unfortunately I am still waiting on the remake to get finalized, and my Anniversary has already passed.

I was absolutely thrilled with my Limeandlou picture of me and my GF. Quality was great, it arrived quickly and when they said it would, was packed well and she loved it! Many of us have had some bad vendor experiences buying of Instagram including me and this was not one of them! Highly reccomend.

Utterly impressive
I have had the most amazing interaction and support from Lime and Lou!! They have been extremely dedicated to the customer’s satisfaction of their product and have a great set up to preview product before finalizing the purchase!! I immediately browsed their entire product collection on their website and I just knew all the products they created would hold such sentimental value and meaning to all who received a LimeandLou product. Great company to deal with. Was a bit disappointed with this last purchase. I was expecting more clear pictures. But all in all its very cute. I wouldn't order this one again. However I absolutely loved our 1st previuos purchase.

There are several things that made my experience a great one. One was the communication, the replies to questions were pretty quick which I found to be comforting. I truly felt that the teams were really engaged to make sure my requests were granted. From Customer Service to the Design Teams their main goal was to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer, they have succeeded. I have never dealt with a company that was so accommodating as Lime & Lou. A great experience.

Not a good experience
Truthfully, I did not have a good experience working with this company... from selling me a product out of stock, waiting way longer than necessary to inform me that it was out of stock, then finally sending a different scented candle and the glass was shattered with literally zero packing support, to re-ordering, than nearly 2 weeks later letting me know you made the same issue and tried to fill the sold out candle scent. All that said, customer service did reply to me in a timely manner & were understanding and kind. I asked for a full refund, and that was honored.

Quality Product & Good Customer Support
I’m giving 4 stars not 5 because the first print came with the wrong song. Not even close to the one I selected; however, customer service was quick to respond, confirm the correct lyrics, and reship in time for our anniversary. I’m pleased with the quality of the products and the quick response to the issue. I would recommend ordering in enough time to allow for errors to be fixed though. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful product backed up good customer service, in my experience.

Horrible and embarrassing how many spelling and punctuation errors there are. There are words that aren’t even real words let alone the correct lyrics
