Order mine before Christmas and have loved it since I had it, the delivery was longer than I expected but the hairdryer itself has been good until recently when the fixing for the brushes have worn and now the brushes are not secure when drying hair, they are pulling away from the main hairdryer. Frustrating, will see how much longer it lasts but will not be replacing with another… 😞

If there could be a minus 5 that would be generous. Took a while to come with lots of promises and offer codes for next orders. To be honest I got it before Christmas before reading all the do not buy reviews and it has been in the box since. Got is out for a benefit of the doubt trial.. used for 5 mins, overheated (despite the overheating protection) and won’t switch on again! Went to website to instigate the “money back guarantee” and lo and behold the website no longer exists! I see they are doing another AI push on Instagram at £79!!! I paid £39 .. 39p would be too much

I am appalled by Lilystyler London. I ordered the Styler and a bag for it as part of a Christmas present in December. I was also charged £3.95 and £9.95 which I never concented to just to not receive anything 2 months later! How do I get my money back?

After ordering £85 of product from this company and still not received the goods, sent 5 emails and no response , I would stay clear from this site

My product has started to make a funny noise annd smoke appeared. Contacted customer service via email and email got sent back to me! Is this going to be another company who takes peoples money and then there is no after care

I got the set for Christmas but idk if it’s just my thick hair but I spent 2 hours curling it all and after 20 minutes it all fell out, it’s very noisy, feels cheap and rubbish, wish I got a refund but reading other reviews I doubt they’ll reply, it’s very bad and I wouldnt recommend getting, also whenever I turn it to the highest heat it smells burnt and the bottom of it keeps getting pieces of my hair caught and pulled out it’s absolutely rubbish don’t waste ur money

The idea presented in their Instagram ads that Dyson are mad at them because they’re so good is laughable. This cheaply made plastic tat is worse than the cheapest hairdryer going. Trying to imply they have Dyson technology is just a lie. The case is so cheaply made it’s falling apart when you get it and don’t even think about contacting customer services. They just don’t reply. Please don’t waste your money like I did!

Ordered the Lilystyler on the 31st of December, the item was never dispatched and therefore never arrived! Customer service ignored all 3 of my emails, asking where my item was and, eventually, requesting a refund. I ended up having to do a chargeback through my bank and I just had notification Lilystyler are disputing it, the absolute cheek and audacity!!! They're actually fighting to keep MY money that they have stolen! This is 1000% a dirty, dishonest, thieving, scammy little company run by maggot people - do NOT send them your money!

This is a scam website. Would not recommend. I ordered this product before Christmas and it never arrived. I have tried to contact customer service and there is no reply. Money lost as no refund!

Still waiting for information to return.Xmas gift unsuitable model for short layered hair. Initial response suggested they would be in touch 2/3 days. Still waiting one month later. Poor show !

This company promises a 30 day return - despite ordering two weeks before Xmas it arrived a week after Xmas. I’ve emailed numerous times to return it as unwanted due to not arriving in time for Xmas gift. They’re ignoring my messages and emails. I fear it’s a scam

I have wrote to this company bought 5in1 hair styler it has not worked since the day I received it, most annoying they have not helped me in any way and havnt sent a return form I think they are scammers and I have lost £39-89. Disgusted

Scam website. I ordered some items from the website and received an email confirming dispatch along with tracking information, however, no tracking information available. Website is non existent and emails are being returned due to unable to be delivered.

Ordered the styler and that came no problem but looks and feels very cheap.
Later I ordered the case which was advertised as premium leather. It is not - it's very cheap synthetic which covers cardboard and came totally bashed so unusable as bent and won't close. I sent three emails and two instagram messages and have received absolutely no response over the last two months even though I received an acknowledgement that the emails had been received and I would hear back from them in 1-2 days. Never heard back. They seem very happy to get influencers to promote their goods but their customer service is utterly shocking. How many people have not had responses to problems answered and refunds not made. They must be getting quite rich on the money they have kept. Would NOT recommend this company.

If i could give 0 i would! Ordered 23rd December, no sign of delivery mid January, 4 emails sent, no reply 😡. Luckily i got money back from my bank for 'Goods not received'!

A shame it can't be rated with 0 stars... Took ages to arrive, and when it did... It didn't work. No reply when I tried to contact customer service. AVOID buying it, it's a SCAM

I purchased brush set on 9/12 arrived on 24/12. £46.85.
Noticed on bank statement for Dec., 16/12. £3.95. 28/12 £9.95. Have contacted bank i want this money refunded back into my bank.

Ordered for Christmas my daughter used it on boxing day broke on first use i have e mailed them and filled online form now emailed customersupport since January not even acknowledged the contact don't buy this the after service is rubbish

I placed an order on the 31st December 2025 and dispite several emails to them that they have never answered I have not received my order. £80 and nothing to show for it!!

I bought the lilystyler..paid for express delivery..one week later it finally arrived.
Funny now though that the 5 in 1 styler advertised on Facebook is now a different name but the women in the pictures are the same as on the lilystyler ad. Bit dodgy. I Google mapped the address of lilystyler, it's a scruffy property! Not even looking like an office etc. Please be careful folks 😕
