Medical Negligence
I receive one of my medications from Lilly Patient assistance program. For this I am grateful. BUT now my application was approved for the assistance progrm, BUT I never received my medication. So I have missed this weeks dose. I have tried contacting them numerous times to no avail; on hold for hours; they never responded to my fax inquiries. So I can NOT get answers as to when to expect my medication to be delivered. Horrible fact that there is no email for the company & horrible that when you call, you're on hold for hours & terrible that they do not respond to fax inquiries. I recommend: once the application is approved to receive the medication, the medication should be set up for delivery so the patient, me, does NOT miss a dose! 4/3/23 I still can NOT get in touch w/ Lilly Cares Foundation to find out when my medication will bwe delivered. I have called numerous times to be on hold for hours; I have now sent 3 fax to inquire when my medication will be delivered & no response. This is ignorace on Lilly's part as again I am NOW missing a dose of my needed medication. So IF anything adverse whould occur, I will be sure to tell FDA that Lilly is negligent to send me my necessary medication.
