when you Call 1-888-545-5972 for customer service in Canada, you are put into an endless loop. No option to reach an agent. Unbelievable that a company offering an injectable product like Mounjaro, wont answer the phone.
Broken kwik pin, won't replace
I use Rezvoglar and I have a broken kwik pin that has been used once. My pharmacy told me to call the 800 number on the box. I did, it took forever to reach a live person. She kept repeating everything I said and basically told me that they will not preplace the kwik pin of insulin that I have paid for!
Mounjaro pen supplied by Eli Lilly malfunction
Bought my Mounjaro pen supplied by Eli Lilly via the pharmacy which stopped working and wouldn't dispense the medication. At £32.50 a shot it was an expensive malfunction. Lily customer service were dismissive, tried to tell me it was my fault even though they haven't examined the pen and fobbed me off with every excuse imaginable. There are 3 people in my family that use these pens and we know exactly how they should operate. Check with your pharmacy and if they use Eli Lilly for this medication, think very carefully before buying from them.
Price gouging big pharma
Instead of bringing their sticker price to a place where everyone can afford their medications, they sue the pharmacies who have proven the medications don't have to cost thousands per month.

Please have you advertisers stop trying to sell your drugs on an English speaking tv channel in Spanish I don't speak Spanish so therefore your advertising is wasted they have stations for Spanish speaking tv please advertise there not on English speaking tv that i have to pay for no one likes the ads anyway and especially if not in your language.

Switched from Humalog to Lyumjev in my pump, about a year ago. Everything seemed ok till a couple months ago when I got a bad batch (lot D7855448K)(expiration 2026-OCT-02). Happened again 6 days ago.
Called this billion dollar company that wouldn't replace the two vials that were defective, they wanted the doctors office to replace them. Don't understand why a doctors office that perscribes their drug would be responsible for their process to make the drug, shipping or sale through a pharmacy.

Gifthealth is exploitative and incompetent
I am on Zepbound, which is working once I figured out how to dose properly - Eli Lilly is not good at helping with this on their videos. We need shots of how to fill the injector properly.
But the biggest issue is with GiftHealth, which is appalling. It is good at sending the meds quickly to you, but within two weeks you get a barrage of texts and emails telling you to order again and threatening to cancel the order if you don’t. I have twice spoken to ‘customer service’ people (what a joke that term is) and they claim the reminder is sent out 18 to 21 days after placing the order. Not true. The last set of texts were sent out two weeks after I received an order. And this time I have three vials and they are already flooding me with these horrendous threatening texts to order again. I love Zepbound. I hate Gifthealth.

Appalling customer services
Appalling customer services - had a defective device that the investigated without actually seeing the device! Their customer services told me to dial up the medication numerous times in order to ‘get the device going’ and their investigation found I had over dialled it!no replacement for a device that wouldn’t prime or plunge in the first place £120 down the drain and that’s my issue? BAD BAD BAD. I use the Humalog 200 in Lilly's Kwikpen. Apart from the strong doubts about the QUALITY of insulin, which often works in alternating phases and whose actual effectiveness causes problems, the total DISAPPOINTMENT are the pens, VERY EXPENSIVE and always ready to mechanically break, forcing you to throw away tens of euros of product, with a STRONG economic and moral damage (you NEVER know if the pen you carry with you will break). IF IT WERE UP TO ME they would have to get fines for hundreds of thousands of euros, no ifs or buts!!!!

PESSIMO PESSIMO PESSIMO. Utilizzo L'Humalog 200 in Kwikpen di Lilly. A parte i forti dubbi sulla QUALITA' dell'insulina, che spesso funziona a fasi alterne e la cui efficacia effettiva da problemi, lo SCHIFO totale sono le penne, COSTOSISSIME e sempre pronte a spaccarsi meccanicamente costringendo a buttare via decine di euro di prodotto, con un FORTE danno economico e morale (non sai MAI se si romperà la penna che porti con te). FOSSE PER ME dovrebbero prendere multe per centinaia di migliaia di euro, senza se o ma !!!!
