Ordered in may nearly July and my order still hasn’t arrived asked for refund several times and still no refund. Scammers.

I feel silly for being roped in. I have ordered one too many times from this brand, each time having minor faults or sizing issues but due to the way the people are on the lives I gave them the benefit of the doubt, putting it down to mistakes happen and it's only a small team etc. I feel SOOO stupid. My most recent experience I ordered two bras, one black and one peach. Only the peach arrived and was not the size or style I ordered. I messaged them and the whole process was so awkward. They admitted they had no black in stock so just sent the peach. Advised they'd email directly with a returns label for the peach one, never happened. Politely requested a refund, never replied. They continued to avoid my messages and eventually had to go through my original payment method. After weeks I received a refund for the black bra, I was left with the peach bra which I couldn't claim back for and ultimately ended up in the bin. I would strongly advise against ordering from this brand. The staff are very clever on the lives, they way they speak to you and interact. After further research it appears they dropship/buy from cheap companies such as aliexpress/temu. Save your money and just buy directly from the source for a fraction of the price.

SCAMMERS!! Do not order from this company. I ordered an aqua green playsuit, decided I didn’t want it as was too short, sent back with label on. They refused my refund with a picture of something black saying ‘worn underwear’ I queried it with them was getting no where just kept saying we don’t return lingerie. I commented on their live they blocked me. Then finally realised it was the green Playsuit I ordered and tried to tell me it had no label on. I’ve seen other reviews of the same. My Daughter has purchased alot from this company however, all items are not sealed which invalidates their returns policy (Hygeine reason) today she received another package however wrong sizes sent and none were sealed as before. I filmed her opening them as I was suspected scam and to my surprise I was right.

All items in zip lock bags however 1 had item hanging out and this could be seen in the video. She immediately emailed them via TikTok and they explained only exchange and quoted TikToks Policy. But Sorry TikToks policy states no refund on Sealed items that are broken, non of her items were sealed and proven in video yet the company wouldn't budge. So I am speak to the BBC Watch Dog and Trading Standards first thing tomorrow morning.

Being Autistic I am very particular in details and carefully opening things. To be told she had worn the items and opened products is a blatant lie and disgusting, especially the price they charge.

This joke outfit needs closing down - refuse to give me my money back for their ill fitting poor quality cheaply made rubbish. Their manifest BS is quite frankly embarrassing and if robbing women out of their money is ‘empowering’ then you need to be locked up!!! AVOID!!!!

I was sent a product, and it was one piece, so didn’t have matching knickers with it. The product was poor sizing, and minimal stretch, so wasn’t even able to try it on properly. I will not be purchasing from here again.

Havent given me exchange or refund im 52 pounds down and ignoring emails been going on for weeks.

Liars - Sent item back as was sold online under complete false pretences with no help or guidance. Sizing completely out. Seller informed TT that I’ve worn item and not sent back in bag??? Absolute BS!!! Sent back the same HOUR I received it - NOT EVEN TRIED ON. Their false accusations will catch them out as others have experienced same. Karma. Currently fighting to get my money back - but I will get it back - believe me. Also quality is seriously bad - do not waste your money !!!

As expected

I was sent the wrong order. I ordered two large bras one brown and one black and received one black medium. Very frustrating. I’m waiting to see if they resolve the issue and will update with this.

THE WORST!!! AVOID!

I ordered 2 bras end of February (black and brown). The black did not arrive for 8 weeks. When it did arrive it was to small and a different size than the brown. I emailed for a refund and they sent me a returns label for an exchange. They received the incorrect bra on 9th May and I still have not received the correct bra. I have emailed numerous times with wishy washy replies that make no sense. I don’t think they know what customer service is. I have asked for multiple refunds now as it’s been over 3 months since order date and I still have no products. I have had to resort to going to my bank for a charge back dispute. Ridiculous!!!

It’s really difficult to get a returns label sent I’ve been chasing with emails & they are sending me around in circles. I don’t buy from here again as the returns process is hard work!

Beware of this company!! They are dropshipping items from Shein, Temu and Ali Express and selling them at inflated extreme prices claiming to be their own bespoke designs.

Don’t get caught into this scam, they have blocked me from TikTok as I raised the issue with them directly. Awful company and should be shut down.

Mistakes happen but the way your company tried to ignore me and every little bit of accountability after it, is so wrong. I loved liliosa, but the company is great untill you have an issue. Very unfortunate

I love the lingerie i got

Won a giveaway on TikTok and it was advertised as stockings but I received a really bad quality empty bag. I thought the stockings must have fallen out so messaged to let them know and I got the rudest patronising messages! “Hey babe…” yuck! Basically gaslighting me telling me they say in the lives it’s a mystery items but I watch their lives a lot and they have NEVER said it’s a mystery item. The customer service and poor quality bag has put me off ordering. I was excited to see the quality of the stockings before purchasing but they have lost trust from a potential customer here. Just seems scammy

Such a lovely company operating with a real personal touch to their service..a hard found attitude in today’s retail environment. I originally ordered lingerie pieces and I have gone on to order bikinis, everyday bras etc and I am blown away by the quality considering the price. I have definitely found one of my favourite companies to purchase from. Thank you so much Liliosa
