Wow is all I can say!!
This company is the reason I’m a loyal Ann Summers customer. Really don’t know where to start with this company. First sizing way out I measured the items with a tape measure. They muck up orders I had to send back nearly all my orders. When received orders they came with cheap rubbish Chinese labels and sizing. I spent £100s and £100s of pounds over the course of a few days promised luxury quality absolutely not. Cheap rubbish. You can’t get refund which I’ve contacted trading standards and this is illegal. Items I sent back they sent wrong stuff they literally changed the bras and left me with size 6-8 knickers I’m a 10 not a china doll! Fed up they have started to ignore my messages. Some of the orders are missing. I ordered 5 different Sunday clubs when I sent them back they sent me double of two of the items! And why no hygiene labels???? If you want to waste your money then shop with these pretty sure temu and shein sell better quality and they wonder why they are still a small business. Sort you terms and conditions out and keep track off what is being returned. I also got accused of sending all the orders back together. Absolutely not I kept all the post receipts for all the separate parcels. I’m missing products and have colours and things I didn’t even order. As for the babe rubbish it’s pathetic. I’m well out of pocket to the point I’m honestly thinking small claims court for my money back. This has caused me nothing but stress constantly trying to track my items down. Please don’t buy the Sakura range my goodness they are something else want quality and good customer services and better prices especially when they have a sale go to Ann Summers for a fraction of the price. Can’t give a 0 star or trust me I would left with loads of cheap rubbish and no replies to my messages!!!!! Liliosa your a massive let down

Appalling service from the customer service team.
I asked for an order exchange in September last year. I still haven’t received anything. Paid £100 to the company for these. When I asked for a refund they told me they can’t do refunds which is illegal!

Got a giveaway on tiktok and said was stockings ended up with a silly gold silk crap bag when I questioned this as was a little misleading got blocked so if u aks a simple question they don't like prepared to be blocked shocking company this is.

Never got my parcel after multiple e-mails

Don’t buy their products unless u want shein/temu/aliexpress products resold for triple the price ‼️‼️they also won’t give you a refund even if the product hasn’t been removed from its original packaging ‼️Google reverse image search the product u want and you’ll likely find it elsewhere same quality same PRODUCT for MUCH cheaper

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this brand.

After leaving a single negative review because I paid for my order but never received it, I was sent the following message:

“Babe can I ask why you’ve left so many bad reviews for our small business this will shadow ban us. It should be a negative review towards the courier.”

I found this message unprofessional and felt it focused on my review rather than resolving the issue with my missing order. For clarity, I have only left one negative review about this company, which simply stated that I never received my order despite paying for it.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I was supposed to be an ambassador for this small business. Based on how this situation was handled, I won’t be ordering from or supporting this company again.

Can't rate them has they still haved sent my 3 items out yet after nearly 3-4 weeks of waiting for them and messaging them

said they will let me know when are being sent out to me, normally they are brilliant at sending my orders out with no both .

Absolutely awful terrible customer service poor sizing poor quality nearly 3 weeks on no replacement no refund and rude patronising messages. I have got to the point of contacting citizens advice and trading standards avoid st all costs

I really can't say enough good things about Liliosa! With them you dont just get lingerie you get a family! The hosts are fabulous! You know the old saying that a bar maid needs to be a therapist too? The liliosa hosts could fit into this bracket too! They celebrate with us on our good days and try to cheer us up on our bad days! Elle, Liv, Tia, Chloe, Yaz and Mike all bring their own special flavour!
I am a regular buyer of their mystery bundle, although is a mystery the hosts really try to accommodate your style into it. The lingerie sets are amazing value for money, well made and look amazing on! There is a reason I have over 100 sets and that is not counting the swim wear, Babydolls, Pjs, Ruffle playsuit, gowns and accessories!

Cheaper than you pay on the high street.. definitely recommend checking liliosa lingerie out .. so many different styles and colours to choose from and very good quality.. love all the products they offer. The whole team is absolutely amazing. They're so kind, helpful and very supportive.

As for the products they are incredible. The material is so soft and comfortable. Ive never felt so confident before and I got so many compliments while out in my ruffle playsuit.

absolutely love liliosa! what can i say? the staff are so helpful and supportive. the products themselves are amazing quality, never had any issues. i always like to do my orders on the tiktok lives so i can watch them get picked and packed by one of the amazing team and whatever queries i have, the girls (or mike) always answer and give me all the information that i need. i have been purchasing from them for a while now and have some of their oldest sets and they still look brand new after countless wears! that just shows how amazing the quality is. definitely recommend this brand. all the staff are absolutely lovely too. Xx

I have ordered off Liliosa so many times now because of their incredible customer service, their uniques shopping experience, the surprise of their mystery bundles and their energy. As someone who used to manage a clothing store, their marketing, advertising and overall shopping experience is unlike any other! The girls at Liliosa go above and beyond to ensure you feel beautiful and empowered no matter who you are or what type of body you have, the lives on TikTok genuinely are my happy place, Elle could easily be my bestie, Steph again easily be besties, same with yaz, Liv, Tia and we can’t forget our Mike can we - Steph’s business is growing rapidly and it’s beautiful to see, if anybody deserves it it’s them girls and team at Liliosa, if you haven’t tried their lingerie, swimwear, pjs (milksilks!!), playsuits, babydolls, loungewear honestly I have almost everything and I will buy any new release 1 to support the girls but 2 because the products speak for themselves I love them all! I have over 400 sets and I do not regret a single one!! Quality is unreal, order delivered next day
