Entrega demorada, envio demorado de mercadoria que já chegou ao armazém, mau apoio ao cliente que não dá respostas claras. Os livros foram entregues numa caixa rasgada, enrolada com fita adesiva, o que tem um aspeto muito feio. Dá vontade de nem sequer os desembalar. Talvez um dia venha a encomendar mais livros por lá, se não encontrar alternativas, mas não gostei.

I didn't know Libristo and got really…
I didn't know Libristo and got really surprised. I did the order first in amazon, but amazon kept postponing the delivery and i decided to cancel it. With Libristo the book existed and it took 1 week to arrive with no surprises. the process was really straightforward with good notifications about the status of the process.

Estava preocupado com o envio uma vez que eram dois livros pesados com mais de 600 páginas cada um e, após pedido à Libristo para terem o máximo cuidado com o embalamento dos mesmos, eles chegaram em muito boas condições, graças à forma como efectivamente foram cuidadosamente embalados.
Agradeço a atenção e cuidado que tiveram com a minha encomenda e recomendo a plataforma para os ainda interessados em livros físicos em papel, quer pelos preços quer pela vasta lista de títulos disponíveis.

Very good client service
They got me two books that were unavailable elsewhere.
When I reached them asking the reason for the delay (because one of the books was taking longer), they promptly answered and solved the issue.

Some people mention the delivery time…
Some people mention the delivery time as a problem, not in my case. When I was still buying the books the estimate time of arrival was clear and it did arrive near that date. They were well packed and it was exactly what I had ordered.

They haven't shipped books in 20 days. Can't cancel my order.
I don't have anything nice to say, because despite paying for 10 books, being nice to them when they told ''there's a little bit delay in the shipments'' ( I assumed only a few days); been 20 days and they still haven't shipped the books. 20 days!
They don't even know when will they ship and they disrespect your intelligence by answering you AI generated vague answers after 20 days such as as the following:
'' Hello,
thank you for your email.
Your order has already been processed and is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.
We have marked it as a priority order, which will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as possible.
We will notify you via email when it has been shipped, and you will find the tracking number in that email.

wide selection of books
The delivery took a little longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I received regular updates about my order, which I really appreciated, and everything arrived in excellent condition. One of the books has a small defect, but I honestly don't mind it, in fact, I find it quite charming because it gives the book its own personality and makes me love it even more. I will definitely order from them again, not only because of the great experience but also because of their wide selection of books.

Damaged Book
One of the books I ordered didn’t seem new, the cover was damaged and since it was black it was very noticeable. Took also longer than usual.

Poor dispatch and delivery
We ordered a book on 15 May and it had a delivery date of 3-8 June. It wasn't posted until 3 June (over 2 weeks after the order) and it didn't arrive until 11 June; almost 1 month after we had placed the order and paid for it. Very poor service and we will not be using again!
