Very disappointing experience.

I ordered two study books on March 6, and the initial estimated delivery date was already set to March 26, which is quite far in the future for standard items. Unfortunately, the delivery was then delayed even further, and I did not receive the books until April 9.

I needed the books within a week, so both the long initial delivery time and the additional delay caused significant inconvenience. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered from another retailer.

I also looked into canceling my order so I could buy the books elsewhere, but this did not appear to be possible through the website.

To make matters worse, no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered despite the delay.

Overall, a frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from here if you need your items within a reasonable timeframe.

The books were exactly what I expected, the packaging was nice and practical, the prices are affordable. The package arrived one day later than estimated but other than that it was an excellent experience.

Ma première commande sur ce site date du 19 mars, puis j’ai commandé une seconde fois le 26 mars, et tout s’est très bien passé. Les délais annoncés ont été respectés et le service client répond rapidement (moins de 24h).
Le temps d’arrivée en entrepôt est un peu long, mais une fois expédié, j’ai reçu mon colis en 3 jours.
J’ai commandé 5 puzzles puis 4, tout est arrivé en bon état et bien emballé. Je recommande 👍

S'ils n'ont pas le produit, ils vous le trouvent en quelques jours sans obligation d'acheter.

Great service, we got our book before the expected date. It's a great (and slightly cheaper) alternative to the big wicked Amazon for buying books in foreign languages.

For books in your local language, nothing rivals your local bookstore, of course.

This was very annoying and unprofessional online shopping. After waiting for 3 weeks for a delivery, I recieved completely wrong book. I would expect some professional handling of complaint, but instead I have to now wait another 3 weeks for the good book and the wrong one I had to very uncoviniently return back-instead of sending simply return label so I can drop of the book at my convinience, I had to print some form, pack the wrong book, I had to choose a day a gls guy came to pick it up, without specifing a time. If they at least tried and sent the correct book expressly, but no. The first book was ordered early march and I expect the correct book to arrive late april, insane.

One of the books I ordered had a slightly torn up page. But the rest was in perfect condition.

Even though it took some time to get the book, Libristo sent information about the status of the order along the weeks. Wasn't Libristo's fault that it took time to get the item from the supplier, especially when it wasn't a well known book, so no complaints. The customer service was good and got the book I ordered.

Great selection of books and good customer service. The delivery took quite a while, but the books were in good condition and I was happy with the experience over all.

Excellent experience ordering a book. There was a delay with the order, but I was contacted immediately and offered a solution to the problem. Very personal approach. I also received quick responses to my messages during communication. I recommend it!

Package came in time, they ran out of the premium packaging and refunded me the cost. Plastic cover for the box set was slightly cut open but thankfully no damage to the box itself.

Finalmente un sito con un vasta gamma di prodotti ed edizioni, in lingua inglese ( e molte altre).
Ho ordinato tutta la serie di "Throne of Glass" e i libri sono arrivati in perfette condizioni. Imballati con la massima cura.
Diventerà sicuramente il mio sito preferito per aquistare libri.
L'esperienza ha superato l'aspettativa.
Consiglio vivamente!

Produits arrivés sains et sauf et en très bon état. Super car j'ai vraiment eu du mal à les trouver, et sur Libristo les prix étaient franchement raisonnable.
Seule bémol: l'attente, mais j'avais été prévenu alors pas de soucis de mon côté !
