All my items have been recieved , although it took time to be delivered ,taking into consideration covid-19 lockdown and its effects on shipments and logistics. In addition I am not ordering anything urgent. a simple advice : if it is not urgent , order it.
In the end you are ordering high end merchendise compared to our local market.

To start with, Libazon has a very good customer service. I want to thank them all for their frequent support and responsiveness.

I’ve placed several orders through their app in June. To be honest, At some point I thought I won’t get my items and that libazon team seemed to come up with a new excuse every time, claiming to have not received the items to their warehouse, changing warehouses, COVID-19 etc... but eventually I started to receive a month ago some of my items which are as described in perfect condition and perfect quality.

Libazon is not a scam app, you just have to be patient especially that you are getting your items at reasonable prices.

I hope to receive the remaining items asap but so far I’m satisfied with the products.

It's true it takes between 3 to 4 months to get your order, but you recieve it and it's authentic, i prefer to wait than paying at least double in the market, don't order something you need it to arrive quickly

I placed my order 5 months ago, and I just received the final item.
It's true 5 months is a long time, but the price is worth the wait.

This is the worst online shop you could ever order from. They gave ma ETA of 6 to 7 weeks and after 4 months they still haven't delivered yet. Every time I ask them for an ETA they tell me my order needs about 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, they give me another 2 week ETA.
Never order from them and never work with them.

Got my order after 3 months as ordered, you have to be patient and for sure you will get your order excellent quality

Ask for a refund ASAP... since july all they are doing is collecting the money and using it in the black market to make profit by selling and Buying USD. Dont wait for ur orders since they r not placed and wont be plus if u ask they cannot provide u with any document or proof that they made any order for u.
Their platform is linked to Ebay UK and u can find the same items they pretend to buy on it and if u ask any shipping company in lebanon they can confirm you that today the process of buying an item from ebay uk and delivering it to ur doorstep wont take more than 1 WEEK so for sure the 3 and 4 months delay period and the covid19 excuse is not believable anymore.
And to make sure that what im saying is right in case u know someone who owns an OMT shop ask them to tell u in what section Libazon is placed now on their system and they will confirm u that they are no longer in the retail/seller section but instead they are placed under the same category of exchangers

Very bad experience . I am still waiting for my order since 24 of august.Too many delays. Its not right to mess with people like that ....

First 2 orders was okay and then the orders was late until forever (more than 3 months for now) and the customer service sucks, won’t even try again and i advise you not to.

The worst ever! lately they are taking so so so long to deliver orders and presenting unacceptable excuses to clarify the delay, it is sad that Libazon went downhill like that it used to be excellent!

Nothing yet, Me and my friends will wait until January 10 before taking Legal actions for wasting people’s time.

We had a bad experience with libazon. We ordered an item 3 months ago and its still not received. They are unable to track my order and to follow it. After insisting for a follow up, they told us after 3 months, that the item we ordered is not available and another model is available. So we asked them to give us its specifications 2 weeks ago and till now they haven't answer us noting that I contact them everyday.
Noting that the item is expensive and we're still waiting for an honest answer.

It's Been 2.5 months and still nothing. This is worse than the giant Aliexpress. ETA is like a scam.
I may edit this review once I receive my order as described.

I made an order with a couple of days of the port explosion, so I was worried I might never receive the goods. Also, it was my first order with Libazon, so I wasn't sure about the company, since I had seen some bad reviews. Their staff on fb chat gave me all the info I needed before I placed my order. The price on their website in Lebanese Lira was exactly that, including door to door deliver (with Aramax) and customs. No hidden charges or fees.
I received my package today. It was in original condition, not any copy/counterfeit, with UK warranty. I plugged it in and it is currently charging fine (or appears to be).
I can't say how happy I am. I wish I knew they had existed before now... I am leaving the country in a few months! I can't believe I had been using shop and ship with Amazon before and paying INSANE prices there. Libazon are affordable, professional, and timely. Can't recommend enough.

Prices are raising day by day insanely...my last order almost three months till now and I didn't receive it yet

More than what they deserve. Made my order in June it is now september and it still says order is on the way to libazon UK.
The arrival date was supposed to be july 31st.
Also, customer service take ages to reply.
I had to cancel my order and now let's see how long it will take to get the refund back.

I ordered many orders for now, i got many items and all was as described and in perfect condition. Prices are very good but you have to wait 2 or 3 months to get your orders this days it is similar to aliexpress. I always contact the support team to ask about any item before ordering it.
Customer support are very freindly, but they don't have always all the details, and they are overloaded this days so they will take a while to respond, before the current load, they were very fast so i can understand the current situation.
As a conculsion, if you need a good items with cheap price ans you willing to wait then go ahead and place your order, otherwise, you can find faster service but you will pay the price for that simply!

I received the products as described but delivery was much slower than described.

Tried to contact through the Chat option in the App several times without receiving any reply; however, the contact throigh whatsapp was succesful with late replies.

I tend to buy again from Libazon and hope to see improvement in the customer service.
