I placed an order in September 2020, which was supposed to be delivered in November. I paid around 27M LBP and till now I am still waiting...... Always excuses corona, lockdown and many other lies..... I do not recommend anyone to place an order with them.

Bad service !!!!
I ordered many items on may 2020 and till now I didn’t receive all the items!!!

It's been 6 months already
I paid around 4.650.000,00 L.L.
They're not answering phone calls,messages or even emails .. The worst customer service ever!

Do NOT buy from this company!

MOST PROBABLY A SCAM!
Am really pissed off!

I'd love to ask for a refund

My order was placed in july. Still no news to where it is located or if shipped...
This app has gone to crap since mid last year. Do not buy anything from them.

The prices seem affordable, but the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. They never replied to my emails or in-app messages asking for a refund. My product came today after 7 months! What a joke.

I placed an order in august 27, 2020, which was supposed to be delivered in Oct. Every time i checked on the order, I was told next month until January, I decided to cancel and get a refund. I have been struggling for 2 weeks with this team and I didn't get my refund yet. Always excuses corona, lockdown etc. I do not recommend anyone to place an order with Libazon. Its managed by an unprofessional team who cannot give any update after 6 month of placing an order.

I have orders from jun with issues and orders from july and more and more with big amounts used to be the best but now they are just telling lies and lies (we will call you back we will update you...) m not talking about lebanon team since all the issues are mainly from UK but either way lebanon team should put some pressure on UK team so they can update us unless they wanna keep having problems with customers here poor ppl really but libazon (Mr.X) should care more about his work his customers shouldn’t wait 9 months for orders money do not grow on trees here and they cannot tell us get refund after all this time when $ rate is getting high every single day it’s a big loss for us poor ppl who trusted libazon for me i do not trust the management no more they never have something gd to say that’s if they did answer and lebanon team can do nothing which i understand kind of this company have 2 options either to get itself again at a high position or they will loose everything very soon. If the management is reading we trusted you the items we ordered are for a reason we don’t want refund not after all this time gain our trust again get us all our product communicate with the customers update us everyday be professional again cause for now if anyone asks me about libazon i would never recommend i regret introducing libazon to more than 100 ppl really now m the one to be blamed again money do not grow on trees we need our items all of them we need you to update us i don’t wanna celebrate the 1 year anniversary to my orders get you s*** together stop waisting our time our money and getting on our nerve be the one reason that draws a smile on our faces anw hope to hear from you soon and don’t have to publish this way more to get your attention

I ordered an item on july 16th 2020 and i was expected to be delivered last September... im still waiting for my order for more than 6 months now. They keep on inventing funny reasons for the delay. I think i will never get it. Waste of time and money. DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR APP. I wish i could give "zero" star for them.

They are the worst most unprofessional people i have ever met. I did a purchase on mid September and haven’t received my goods. They come and tell me that they dont know when will they arrive, and its not in their hands, and they kept postponing me every month I highly recommend never to work with them i have proof of all whats app conversations as well.

The support i have received from Libazon was thorough and timely. I am happy with my order (laptop) and the deal i got from the company. The laptop price was very affordable compared to the local market nowadays. I am happy with the amazing service and experience although the delivery process took a longer time because of the covid-19 but my issue was addressed in a timely manner.
I would definitely order items again and I recommend Libazon to others.

I have to say that have never had any problems with Libazon. On the occasion when goods don’t arrive, they have always given me a refund. Most importantly find their customer service is excellent.

Ordered a Christmas gift in July... I think I'll get it in Christmas 2021!

Again and again after waiting for another month as they asked the answer i got this morning that they have no idea when the package will arrive knowing that I have been waiting for 4 month !!!
The item i purchased is still on Libazon and they increased its price that means Libazon did not buy my item from the beginning and been delaying for us to cancel our orders to make more money !!!
This is the worse experience i have ever had and i hope everyone having the same problems to mention it so people dont waste their time and money buying untraceable items and getting the same response from a customer service that doesn’t have answers for you .
I hope any manager of this company if there is one can read my comment and prove me wrong .

Couldn't choose less than one star. No anwser on emails or calls or whatsapp. 4 months since i ordered and till now no delivery or any explanation. Worst experience ever in online shopping.

Ordered in June still waiting till this date and no reply from their WhatsApp service. They don't even deserve the 1 star.
First they send me the wrong item. Then they order the wrong item. Then for the past 2 months, no reply, no feedback, nothing. As if the company closed or they just don't give a sh**
Worst online experience since e-commerce was created decades ago!
Hoping this feedback would get them to actually do their job.
Update: their team in Lebanon doesn't bother to even answer their WhatsApp messages. Although they are always online. Probably they answer potential buyers but not existing buyers that are and have been waiting for over 6 months to receive their orders. What a joke

UPDATE: April 13th asked for a refund...still waiting for an answer.

Placed my order in September and still getting the same replies every now and then postponing the estimated delivery time for 1 month when I contact them on the expected delivery date. So unprofessional!! Can't even get in contact with someone from the management to handle my request. I think they still didn't manage to buy my items from Ebay UK after 3-4 months, and they always place the blame on the sellers or Covid-19 :) Sadly I'm writing this review so that one of their management team will follow up on my request and deliver my items since their customer service sucks and it seems that they can't invest/afford on some extra staff.

Around 5 months ago I ordered a new iPhone 11 from Libazon. They told me that it needs around 7 weeks to ship. Then after 7 weeks they told me they need additional 4 weeks, then 5 weeks, and they probably never even bought it in the first place. I ended up getting my money back and buying a phone from a local store. I had to use my broken phone for months because of the wait. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Also, customer review is s**t and the app and website are total crap and poorly managed.

Bad app and experience ever! While I suppose to get my item in a month I waited for 3 months! Then someone unknown on WhatsApp said I have to wait another month even though I ordered a small item! I don’t recommend it at all to use such poor managed app!
