As we explained previously, all of our dolls are personalized using a single, consistent font, which has its own unique style. In some cases, certain letters — including “R” — may look different from more traditional or printed fonts, and we understand this can come as a surprise if you were expecting a different appearance.

That said, your feedback is very important to us. Our intention is always to create a thoughtful, heartfelt keepsake, and we’re truly sorry that this experience didn’t feel as special as you had hoped.
