I am so, so sorry about that awful smoke smell on the package, though! That is super disappointing to open up. Just to reassure you, our warehouse is strictly 100% smoke-free, so it almost certainly came from the courier during shipping. We’re definitely passing this along to our delivery partner to look into!

To provide a clear context for other members of our community, we would like to share the facts of our resolution process:

Focused Solutions: When an issue was reported regarding the doll's scent, we immediately prioritized sending a replacement for the doll itself. Since the original accessory was in perfect condition, it was not included in the new shipment to avoid unnecessary waste.

One-Time Exceptions: While our policy typically covers direct replacements, we made a one-time exception by allowing you to change the personalization to an entirely different name for each replacement. This resulted in your family receiving three unique, customized dolls for the price of one—a gesture of goodwill that far exceeds standard industry service.

The Final Request: We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the accessory not being in the second replacement box. To fix this, we offered a refund for the accessory. However, we felt it was necessary to draw a line when asked to send a FOURTH free doll—of a completely different style and name—or a full refund as the only acceptable solutions.

Our Commitment: While we take every quality concern seriously, we must maintain a fair balance. We believe that providing three high-quality, personalized dolls and offering an accessory refund reflects our deep commitment to our customers.

We truly regret that we couldn't reach a different outcome, but we wish you and your family all the best.
