Absolutely gorgeous products. I recently purchased from their new range of planner goodies and the quality was insane!!! Wrapped carefully and beautifully, sent safely in a box. These new items are out of this world and the service was excellent.

Got some vellum, acetate and die cuts. All excellent quality and beautiful, unique designs. Especially the acetate and vellum are lovely! Quick shipping too. Would recommend!

Amazing products beautifully made I had a custom order and was perfect 😊

You won't be disappointed! Lewis and Louisa will go above and beyond to help you get the planner you've been dreaming of and for an amazing price considering the work and uniqueness of each item.
I had three bespoke micro happy planner covers from them and they are gorgeous!

I ordered myself a custom planner from L&L, and they were there for me from start to finish. Any questions, no matter how silly I thought they were, were answered honestly and swiftly.
The website was simple to navigate, and they have plenty of examples of their products on their website & social media.
My product has far exceeded my expectations and I absolutely cannot wait to use it. I’m already thinking of ordering another!

I can honestly say this Is one of the best companys I have ever dealt with for customer service and a helpful and friendly attitude throughout.

Couldn't have been more patient and as if my order was just as important to them as it was to me.

The Planner itself was a present for my wife and she absolutely loves it especially since they managed to custom dye it to her favourite colour as well.

All in all great product and second to non service would highly reccomend and will be using them in future

Excellent service and communication. The products are simply beautiful. Lots of love and care put in. Thank you

They were a pleasure to work with. They took my likes and wishes to the limits and created a truly beautiful piece of art.

Absolutely lovely to work with, very patient and put up with me changing my mind and asking for mock ups many times before making my final decision.
End product is stunning & very well made!!

Bought a second pen pouch as a Christmas gift, same lovely look and great design!! It’s something very personal about a handmade gift and the customer service is great. Thanks again 🙂

Love my TN! Its beautifully made and the colours are stunning. The soft leather feels so tactile. Excellent customer service and my order was well packaged. Love the added touch of sparkly tape!

Beautiful craftsmanship and quality work. My planner cover is bright and colorful, in the exact colors I ordered. My dog collar fits great and looks sharp on my pup. Thank you for the wonderful items!

I am extremely happy with my TN cover. The quality is excellent and it looks far better in real life than it did online. Only had it 2 days and already had lots of compliments. Communication was excellent. I could not be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

Excellent customer service, care, support and advice on colours/themes etc. I feel very happy buying from a small, independent, local (to me) business which can make me beautiful bespoke item. Highly recommended.

Amazing quality, my custom collar came in the adorable custom packaging (eco friendly bag) with the logo on it, when I opened the bag the first thing I noticed was the amazing vibrant colours and how flawlessly they ombré together.
The product itself is incredibly well made, strong stitching, strong leather, strong hardware attached perfectly! It’s everything you could want from a collar!
It’s so strong and reliable perfect for strong dogs!

The custom bracelet I got was just as good quality, so easy to do up, the colours are just as amazing and the engraving stands out so much and is incredibly done.
