Since January 2023 I'm trying to get a response to my query from Social Energy. I tried emailing support, responding to a string of emails that I already have with them as well as calling. No luck. I was promised a detailed analysis of my battery performance by a 'data scientist' in December 2022. This has not happened and while Social Energy team were on many occasions in the past 3 years very efficient, I am now very disappointed.

The Social Energy app was no longer showing updated stats. Kieran Considine was very helpful and able to resolve the issue (my side) first time via email, with clear instructions. All working now.

Excellent service support by Kieran Considine. Had a issue with my solar panel connection and Kieran helped me all the way through to get things up and running again with an excelente costumer support skills.

I have always had a great response from the team at Social Energy and so it was no surprise when my last communication with them over an issue I had was dealt with quickly and effectively. On this occasion I dealt with Kieran who was quick to respond and gave me the advice to correct the issue. Well pleased.

Love this company and the people who work there. I had a query in relation to my app, only to be reminded by Keiran that when I changed internet providers I had dropped off the system. The explanation to get me back on was easy to follow and worked. Highly recommended

kieran at Social Energy was patiant and informative took me step by step through fixing my issues with a non-reposive app we reset the hub and battery and is now performing like new.

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Kieran for the way in which he has handled a recent problem that I have experienced. He has, from the outset, kept me informed of events and liaised articulately with me as to what actions I needed to take to address the issue with the installer. He has monitored my system throughout and the issue has now been resolved. Thank you Kieran.

Waste of time
I went with this company as it supplied my gas and electric, I was persuaded to have a battery as it would save on the electric I used in the evening.
for the last 3 years my battery has not worked social energy washed there hands of it saying nothing to do with them, told me to get in touch with battery supplier that is all the help I got from these, when I finally found the installer as everyone denied installing my battery all that was wrong with it needed an update.
so for the last 3 years I have been feeding into the grid all my excess electric and have had no returns.
now my battery is working I have noticed even though my battery says 99% full the grid is feeding my battery and powering my house even though I'm generating enough electric from my solar panels.
Can someone explain why I'm being fed off the grid when I have ample electric from my solar panels and battery and why I have not received any payments

Sarah's responses to my enquiry were exceptional and exemplary in speed and efficiency. I was very impressed and grateful. She does your firm credit.
